“I noticed this past weekend that my Tesla model X needed tires. I called on Saturday to order four sets of tires. A gentleman helped me and was very kind and recommended some great tires for me and said that they would be in on Monday. I drive a lot because my kids play a lot of soccer so I definitely needed those tires in by Monday morning. The representative I worked with called me Monday around 8 AM and let me know that the tires were in as expected. I went in and waited about an hour and they had me all set. I thought everyone was very kind, and the pricing on my tires were great. I think it’s important to note that I’m a minority However, these country guys didn’t treat me any different. I highly recommend if you’re looking to get new tires for your vehicle… Even Teslas.”

“First time customer. Greeting was fast and friendly. Patiently listened to my questions and gave thorough answers (I was there to check them out). Brought my vehicle in that evening for oil change and tire rotation and used the night drop box. Got a call the next morning they were finished and the gentleman answered a few more questions. Picked it up with no surprises. What I especially liked was the no pressure conversation about considering some fluid level changes based on the truck’s mileage. “I'll first say, wow! What a refreshing experience dealing with someone that genuinely appears to enjoy what they do.

I contacted Peter a couple weeks ago about a code on my 5.3l 2008 Silverado. The code indicated the oil pressure switch was likely bad. Peter replied in less than a hour and I was able to give him all the details he needed. A short time later he let me know he had ordered the part and could be by the next day.

About 24 hours after initially contacting Peter, he pulled into my driveway exactly when he told he would be there. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and you could tell he like what he was doing. No attitude, even though I was hovering and asking questions. He probably could have finished pretty quickly had I not been so distracting, but it took him less than an hour. Peter cleared the codes and I happily paid the man.

It's been a couple weeks and we've driven the truck plenty without any issues. I won't hesitate to give him my future business as well. Price was reasonable for a name brand part and mobile service. Happy customer.”

“Great guy. He picked up my truck after being in a wreck. He made sure I had everything I needed out of it b4 towing it away from the scene. He even took the time to make sure I had my house keys. A couple days later my friend drove me over to his shop. He remembered who I was and greeted me like I was a friend. If I ever need a tow you can sure bet who I'm gonna call.”

“I was blowing white smoke out of the tailpipe of my 2007 3500 Chevy dually 6.6 Duramax. I looked for a good diesel mechanic and I was referred to Pearson's diesel shop. I took my truck in and they told me it would be 2 to 3 days before they gave me a diagnosis because they were very busy and two days later they called me that the EGR cooler had coolant in it, so the EGR was bad. Jody the owner informed me that the EGR needed to be replaced and they would see what would happen hopefully it would not be that the head was cracked but there would only be one way to find out which was to replace the EGR. So I asked them to replace the EGR. It took about a week waiting for parts to come in and they finished the job but it was still blowing white smoke which meant the engine head was cracked. My truck has 673, 656 miles on her so I knew it would be one problem or the other.
Jody called me and told me we only had one other option if I wanted to do it. I did not have to do it right away but I needed to get my truck fixed so I told him yes let's replace the engine since it had such high miles and with a new engine I would have all new in frame parts. He informed me that it would take approximately two to three weeks to get the engine in and then another week to have it installed. It took about three and a half four weeks as he had said. The new engine has been in for a month now and everything is working great! I just went back after 800 miles driven with the new engine to have everything checked out to make sure there are no leaks and everything was running good. Everything is great the engine runs perfectly I had Jody change out the motor mounts, put on a new starter (which it never been changed) and a new alternator which was the second alternator ever put on that truck plus all new belts hoses some sensors . I could not be happier with the work that Jody and all his mechanics over at Pearson's Diesel Shop completed on my truck and as I told him earlier today he now has a customer for life.
Karen who runs the front desk was very helpful through the process as well as all the people who work at Pearson's diesel were very professional and we're willing to answer all the questions I had. I'm very happy that I found them especially since I had been going to Chevy dealers for repairs of my diesel in the past. And as a price comparison Pearson's diesel shop is much more affordable. I saved an estimated half the $ cost with Pearson's Diesel Shop compared to dealer costs for repairs with the same or better excellent service, workmanship and understanding of what is needed to repair my diesel engine? I will be referring them to others as well.
