“Lumos ( formally North State) provided me with good service for 4 years. I only changed service because I was paying for more than I was using. If they had offered me a discount for being a long term customer who uses little bandwidth I may have stayed. But saving money is the name of the game these days. After all who doesn’t want to save money when they can. So I’m giving Lumos 5 stars because they provided what they said they would. If you need fast reliable internet service they can provide.”

“Nice people to work with but I'm having second thoughts. Spectrum quality was terrible but now I have no TV at all and the Lumos price for internet is actually higher than Spectrum's was. Also, even with 1G bandwidth at the router I only get about 600 in my office (direct line, 30 feet away) and 800 with my laptop sitting right next to the router. I may be saving $30 a month but I also have no live TV channels. (Not that there was much to watch on Spectrum anyway). Plus Spectrum won't pro-rate my monthly bill so I'm paying both carriers for the first month.”
“I had the best experience today at this specific Verizon location and it was all with the help of Katie! She was exceptionally knowledgeable as well as very courteous during my visit today. All staff were very welcoming and friendly but my direct interaction was with her and she was awesome! Definitely recommend this store and if for some reason you don't get her, again, the entire staff was great!”

“The staff was lovely, informative, direct, and not pushy at all. Great experience picking up equipment. Google Maps does take you to the wrong location. The accurate building is in the South Main Walmart Shopping Center.”

I called after an issue in store with an employee, and spoke to the Manager Jose, who was kind, honest and willing to help resolve any issue I had. He is the reason I came back to get my apple watch today. Orlando helped me get my watch added to my account, with no issue at all. I will do business here again, solely because I felt appreciated by management when a problem needed to be addressed.”
