I called after an issue in store with an employee, and spoke to the Manager Jose, who was kind, honest and willing to help resolve any issue I had. He is the reason I came back to get my apple watch today. Orlando helped me get my watch added to my account, with no issue at all. I will do business here again, solely because I felt appreciated by management when a problem needed to be addressed.”

“I have used Metro by T-Mobile for many years now. I have always had a great experience anytime I've gone into the store or had to call. They are always kind and polite and most importantly they usually resolve any issue quickly. The only thing is I wished they had a better inventory of phones. When I went in for my upgrade, they were out of most phones. I still ended up with a great phone, just not the one I wanted. I realized I could have ordered what I wanted on line, but it was an emergency situation and I needed a phone then. Otherwise, Metro by T-Mobile and their services are great. “Tyler provided outstanding service today! Every AT&T location needs someone like him. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and services, and I never felt like he was trying to upsell or take advantage. He explained everything clearly and in a way I could easily understand. I came in for one thing, but he helped me address several other issues and made sure I got the best deals. Shoutout to the manager as well—together, they made me feel confident and comfortable transitioning to Apple. Even though this location is out of the way, I'll gladly make the trip again. 10/10 experience!”
