“After Hurricane Helene, I had a need for a new phone to be able to work effectively with my disaster response nonprofit. Merely a week after the storm, when Weaverville was just getting electricity/water back, I stopped in with no expectations. Despite the storm weighing on everyone around WNC, both Serge Cruz and Carson H. were incredibly helpful, patient, understanding, and polite, and I walked out of there with a new phone in a matter of a couple hours. Because of this, I was able to do my job well and help our communities recover from the storm, and it wouldn't have been possible without these two kind people.
