“Amazing customer service at store 7995 on Indian Trail Run! I needed some documents notarized & Tricia had no issue with me emailing them to her (I had signed them early?) She offered to print them out again. It was the dumbest mistake but she was so unbothered by it. I took a lot of their time but they were sweet & understanding. Andrea took care of the other customers in the store while I was being helped. I will absolutely come here again for their services.”

“As a fellow small business owner, consistency matters—and this team delivers every single time. I’ve continued using this UPS store over the past couple of years for flyers, printing, and mailing, and the experience has always been excellent. Jai, and the team are incredibly welcoming and genuinely care about customer service. They make the process easy, are always willing to help, and go the extra mile to get things right. Running a service business myself, I know how hard it is to maintain this level of quality day in and day out—and these guys do it effortlessly. Highly recommend”

“My experience with this location is limited to mostly Amazon returns, but just wanted to comment about how easy it is to pop into their store. They always seem to have enough staff working to handle the ebbs and flows of people coming in. They also have a USPS box which is nice to be able to drop off all at one place.”

“Edit: i appreciate responsiveness to reviews. It seems like one apple ruining the bunch. I agree with lot of reviews. Terrible customer service with particular employee. I came in with amazon returns (already labeled and boxed) and she rolled her eyes and said “oh they better not be all returns”. Like what does it matter to you? The store makes money off it. Sigh”

“We mailed a package from this store that was initially delivered to the wrong address. I notified the store Monday, and Shepal, the new owner, followed up Tuesday to let me know they had tracked it down and redelivered it to the correct address. I really appreciate her prompt attention and excellent customer service. I'll continue using this UPS Store!”

8022 Providence Rd Ste 500, Charlotte NC 28277
“Yesterday, the 17th, I visited the business, and a newly installed printer was causing issues for the staff member, not the employee's fault. She remained courteous throughout our ordeal, even apologizing, even though there was no reason to, given the technical difficulties. I had to grab a few items nearby and asked if I could come back within the hour after giving her time to work through the problem, and she politely agreed. Later, I returned, and the issue was fixed, and I met another staff member who was also courteous. I believe one was a supervisor and the other an employee. I left with what I originally came for and just want to express praise for this business and how they treated not only me but also other members of the community I saw come in, treating them just as well. Thank you.”
