“Dyana was very thorough and accommodating. Her follow up and communication was consistent. She made sure to get my approval on changes every step of the way. I tried a different organization that could not get my order correct. After 3 attempts and 7 days, I reached out to alpha graphics. I was not disappointed. The level of service I received from Dyana was top tier. I cannot sing her praises enough as she saved a program that had been planned for approximately a year. I will definitely refer and come back! God Bless her!”

“I had a great experience working with AlphaGraphics South Charlotte on updating my Pelican’s SnoBalls trailer wrap and coordinating additional required signage during my corporate training trip. I was on a tight timeline — arriving Sunday and leaving Thursday — and needed the trailer wrap updated from the prior owner’s information to my new contact details. Rich and his team were responsive, professional, and easy to work with throughout the process. Communication was clear, and they helped ensure everything aligned with brand standards before production. The trailer wrap looks fantastic — clean, professional, and exactly what I was hoping for. It was ready within my travel window, which made transporting everything back seamless. I also ordered required promotional clings and signage through them, and the process was straightforward. As a new franchise owner juggling a lot of moving pieces, I really appreciated their flexibility and efficiency. I would absolutely recommend AlphaGraphics South Charlotte for franchise signage, vehicle wraps, and branded materials.”

I’ve continued using this UPS store over the past couple of years for flyers, printing, and mailing, and the experience has always been excellent. Jai, and the team are incredibly welcoming and genuinely care about customer service. They make the process easy, are always willing to help, and go the extra mile to get things right. Running a service business myself, I know how hard it is to maintain this level of quality day in and day out—and these guys do it effortlessly. Highly recommend”
