“As a fellow small business owner, consistency matters—and this team delivers every single time. I’ve continued using this UPS store over the past couple of years for flyers, printing, and mailing, and the experience has always been excellent. Jai, and the team are incredibly welcoming and genuinely care about customer service. They make the process easy, are always willing to help, and go the extra mile to get things right. Running a service business myself, I know how hard it is to maintain this level of quality day in and day out—and these guys do it effortlessly. Highly recommend”

The wasabi is better from Sprouts. The cereal choices are amazing there’s so many choices to choose from! Had the almond chocolate milk and it’s delicious!”

They Accept everything..UPS, USPS and FedEx which makes it easy for a one stop drop for me as I use them all. Easy in and out vs the crazy busy waxhaw post office. There's usually always plenty of parking close to the front door. Highly recommend!”
