“really nice associate at the front checkout area however what I am aggravated with is there’s no signage up for returns when you come into the building so there should be a sign right up at the cashier saying returns because that’s the place where you do returns I went to the all the way to the back waited a 25 minute line at the AMAZON desk not realizing since it says returns on one sign at Amazon on the bottom, but it was all one thing it’s just Amazon return. I should’ve understood that, butthey should have clear signage up. They don’t.”

“Great staff, checkout lines always staffed with enough people, good jewelry and watch section. The only reason I don't give TJ Maxx 5 stars is because the men's section always gets shortchanged reguarding all merchandise.”

“Always clean and employees are mostly nice. I just wish they had more selection like they do at super-centers. But I hate the superwalmart that's close by because it's always a mess and homeless people everywhere and the employees are rude. So for the size of store they are excellent!”
“This 5 star review is for Jessica in the bakery. I was there one Saturday and talked to her about needing 48 cupcakes for the following Saturday, and I wanted a mixture of chocolate and vanilla. She asked the reason for the event, and I told her it was dinner for my son that had gotten married. She offered to make them “special” and SPECIAL they were!! She decorated them so pretty! It was not the average looking cupcake. She tile me she would personally decorate them for me. She was not there when we picked up, but I hope someone will tell her about this review! And we were asked more than once that night, “Who did the cupcakes?” We gave the Walmart bakery a shoutout!! We told them to ask for Jessica if they ordered. I also want to say I just love William the greeter. He makes me smile every time I see him, even if I am having a bad day. I only have one complaint, but it’s not just for this Walmart so I will not reduce my 5 star review: WHY in the world does Walmart not take Apple Pay?? Even Dollar Tree has Apple Pay! I do not like using my card. I prefer to tap pay with my phone. Someone needs to take this one to the top and get it changed. But great job, Jessica and William. You make me want to go to this Walmart every time, and I’m situated between 3 Walmarts fairly equally in distance. I’ll choose Clayton Walmart over Knightdale and Smithfield every time!!”
“Kind service, very helpful in helping me find what I was looking for. Everything from gardening supplies, to wood screws I needed and a latch for our trailer hitch. Reasonably priced. Great store.”
“Zebulon location could use some updating but food is usually good. Expiration dates are sometimes a few months away, so be careful when shopping for non-perishables. Convenience is what I consider which .makes this location a great choice for me.”
“Despite numerous employees milling around in various stages of busyness, I had trouble coraling help to load my assembly-required furniture. Every employee seemed to busy or conveniently looked the other way. I managed, but the experience had me researching different Walmart locations.”
“Great store with great items on sale. The Staff are pleasant. The line to checkout is not too long. The shelves are decently stocked. The aisles are cleared of forgotten merchandise. The music is a nice touch too. The location is right off the freeway US-64. There are plenty of restaurants and a grocery store inside that same shopping center.”

“I came here one afternoon looking for red bull energy drinks. An associate named Autumn helped me out and my experience here was amazing. She was more than helpful and I left more than satisfied. On top of that this was one of the cleanest stores I've been to. She informed me this wasn't her usual store. So I stopped in to the Dollar General on Rock Quarry Rd. I was immediately disrespected by the Burly Latina manager on shift when I asked for motor oil and she told me there would be some on the next truck. I asked where were the packaged Hanes t-shirts and she then told me they would be in on the next truck as well. So I left empty handed. I'm just going to stick with the store in Knightdale, NC.”
“Stopped by this Dollar General for the first time the other day looking for wax melts and was able to find exactly what I needed. The store was organized and prices were fair. The staff was kind and helpful — one of them even let me know that the coupon on my receipt could be used at the Food Lion next door, which saved me $5 on groceries.
Overall, a good experience and I’d shop here again.”
