“I want to let everyone know that this store is the absolute best when it comes to customer service. I’ve been with Boost Mobile for 13 years and have stepped into numerous locations. However, this one is just so much different. They go above and beyond to help you understand and always tries to get you the best deal they can. The manager CJ is always multitasking and his group of employees are on the same track to do the same. You can tell he is close with them. I stayed in the store for over two hours, but it wasn’t because they were taking long. It was because I was asking questions and not once did any of them make me feel like I was a bother. Y’all fellas keep up the good work and one day you three need to teach me some Spanish. thanks again, fellas.”

Any questions or assistance needed are resolved quickly. Their services has allowed our company to continue with minimal issues relating to our IT needs. “We host a 3 day pinball festival in a large pavilion with Cinder Block walls. We had tried personal hotspots and were frustrated by time limits, speeds that differed by how much you prepaid, and bad signal. DayPass'es hotspots worked great in this environment. We rented 5 for use in 4 locations with a spare and didn't experience a single drop out or failure. During the show we lost the return box and label. I emailed DayPass and they sent me the info to ship the hotspots back and let me know I didn't need to rush as I was still breaking down the festival. Thanks for everything DayPass, we'll be using you every year!”

“Each time I've visited Boost Mobile's 17th Street location, whether to get help with a problem or to get an upgrade, the service has been great, especially when I've been assisted by Lexi, the store manager.
Lexi acknowledged my presence as soon as I entered the store. Then, while completing a task for another customer, took my information and assured me my wait wouldn't be much longer. It wasn't.
Finally, she very quickly helped me find the phone I needed at the price I requested.
I appreciated Lexi's competence and great attitude. Customer service like I received from Lexi will ensure that I remain a Boost Mobile customer.”

He even went above and beyond by using part of his lunch break to make sure our phones were transferred quickly so I could get back to work. First off, Demar Gracie is one of the best sales reps I have ever encountered. Not only did he make my phone buying experience amazing, he continued to go above and beyond months after the transaction was complete.

Demar is honest, genuine, patient, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and most importantly a man of his word.

Also, the Verizon store at Mayfaire is clean and exceptionally well run by David Hofe. All the staff are friendly and their customer service is top notch from the time you enter the building until you leave.

If you are looking for a new phone, Internet, tablet, smart watch, or just want to entertain switching carriers-I highly reccomend Demar and this Verizon location.”

“Glad I stopped in! My entire family and friends all have iPhones, and I was the only one with an Android. I decided to stop into T-Mobile at 5601 Carolina Beach Road to finally make the switch to IOS. I was greeted by Julia, and she listened to what I wanted. Kevin took it from there and helped by switching everything from my old Android to my new iPhone 17 Pro Max. He was meticulous, engaging, and knowledgeable. Everything went seamlessly and flawlessly. My biggest fear was that the switch would not go easily, but Kevin quickly proved me wrong. I am so glad I stopped into this location. I was made to feel like a valued customer by both Kevin and Julia! I highly recommend this store and T-Mobile! Thank you, Kevin and Julia!”

“Made an appointment online. Got constant email and text reminders. Received an email update. Was able to check in 30mins early. Doors opened at 10am and they had my name on the screen! Completed my return in less than 10 mins. While I was in the store I noticed the people who signed up for appointments were served accordingly while others had to sign in but was also graciously treated to what was smilingly friendly staff in the store.”

“Great experience at the actual store. We’re moving and the previous tenants didn’t disconnect their services. They were able to get everything square away and schedule us an appointment before the big move. Also they had made sure a technician would be able to connect our services due to our unique situation (only one cable outlet) without additional fees. Thanks again spectrum!”

“Hello, I switched an elderly relatives cell phone from Verizion to spectrum mobile. My relative could no longer afford a mobile phone so I was trying to be nice. To make a very long story short the transfer was not working and now my relative that I was trying to help out had no phone. Yes, I had to wait a very long time for customer service support at the store (over an hour) however once I got support from Lauren and Jimmy they stuck with me to get everything sorted out. They worked tirelessly to resolve the issue and even assisted me with having to set up a new phone to ensure it mirrored the old one for my ederly family member. I can not thank Lauren and Jimmy enough for there support and working through the issue. They deserve a bonus and also more staff to support the endless amount of customers in the store. May I also suggest adding a small area for kids that is showing Disney movies, adding a drink machine and vending machine and more chairs. If we are going to be in the store for a few hours it would be very helpful. Again, thank you to Lauren and Jimmy.”
