“Ease of selecting and reserving truck. Easy to use website. Can't complain about friendly and knowledgeable staff or the rates. But I can complain about not being able to get the van I needed because Amazon had taken all of them. At least one should have been left for the community to use.
Had to take box truck that was too large for the job. Cost $100 more in fuel for the truck that got 10 mpg.”

“No Premium Special or Luxury cars, EVER. The website will allow you to reserve one, even charge you for one, but they will never have one. Save yourself and go to GSO airport or another company if you want these.
Otherwise, if you want a basic small Asian sedan or SUV this is a great place to rent one. Friendly, efficient, accommodating and a very capable staff.
But the system that leads you think that upscale cars are available here is downright misleading.”

This location is ran by a GREAT person with an AMAZING staff. By far the best customer service experience I’ve had with ANY rental car company . “I rented a truck from Hertz today and it was the easiest experience I’ve ever had renting a car. I showed up an hour early and the man helping me had me out of there honestly in like 15 minutes. I was expecting to be in there an hour. I had some questions before we started and he took the time to answer them all. Everything just went perfect.
