“A shout-out to the team at Hertz on Peterscreek... This location is clearly understaffed and dealing with extremely high demand during Spring Break, but they still managed to come through for me.
I suddenly needed a rental when my car went down and I’m currently on call helping with a friend’s home care situation. My reservation ended up on the wait list, but the staff kept working the logistics and inventory until they could get me into a vehicle.
No bells and whistles—just people doing their best in a tough week and getting customers back on the road. I appreciate the effort, especially after another rental company nearby left me stranded 12 hours after confirming a reservation.”

“I woke up thinking I was going to get my car repaired and ultimately decided that it was time for something new. This was THE BEST experience I’ve had at a dealership. Jacob (my car salesman) and Kevin (the finance manager) went above and beyond to make this experience more than what I expected it to be! When I got to the dealership Jacob was already waiting with vehicles in my price range, keys and a plan. Kevin made the financing portion EASY!!! Let’s throw in a little razzle dazzle… I brought my son with me. while we waited for the financing portion, Jacob was friendly to my son, entertained him and got to know us.
