SECU is one of the most customer centric financial institutions in the country.

Member service has markedly declined. Never enough drive thru lanes open, and when two or more are "open", there's one or two overworked people running around working 3-4 people's stations. I never see such inefficiency at any of the other Winston-Salem branches. Service is still polite, however.
