“I went looking for a sport coat for work. I stopped at the service desk with a question expecting a short answer and to be pointed in a direction. Instead I met Ernie who not only answered my question but helped me find options of what I was looking for and made sure everything fit well. I will come to Belk for my work clothes now as long as Ernie works there.”

“VERY clean store. All the employees were really nice. I miss all the cookware (used to be over 3 aisles worth and the dog toys used to be 2-3 aisles. That’s why I went to the store a lot was for those items. There was only 3 cashiers and the line was backed up 2 were busting their tales but 1 was walking slowly back and forth to hang hangars she was friendly just not making the check out process quick and efficient. Also nice clearance section.”
“One can literally spend a few hours in here if you love shopping. They have everything from "As seen on tv" products to kitchen and bath, outdoor decor and shoes and clothing. Also the clothing is really nice quality at reasonable prices!”

“I recently visited the TJ Maxx in Winston-Salem, NC, and I was really impressed with the store. From the moment I walked in, I could tell they take pride in keeping everything neat and organized. The aisles were clear, and products were well-stocked and arranged in an orderly manner, which made shopping so much easier. It was also really easy to find what I was looking for because everything was so well organized.
What stood out to me even more was the level of customer service. As I browsed, multiple sales associates approached me, offering help and making sure I had everything I needed. It's not often you get that kind of attention, and it definitely made the experience more pleasant. The whole store had a great vibe, and it felt like a well-run, welcoming place to shop. I'll definitely be coming back!”

“It's five below, what could go wrong. My daughter likes to go here and I don't mind taking her to get a little toy. All the snacks are the real MVP.
Here's what bothers me:
They have liquid death water but it's never in the cold case. Maybe I'm the only one who likes to drink it?”

“I've been going to this store for a little over a year and a half now. It's always clean and almost always well stocked. The pharmacy staff are very kind and helpful. There are also many self checkouts available and all of them accept cash. There is also no limit on how many items you may check out at the self checkout, unlike the big walmarts in the area that limit it to 15 items or less.
One time I forgot my phone at the self check out and it was immediately taken to customer service. I came back in and got it and was told how lucky I was that someone didn't take it. I'm grateful to the employees for their quick thinking so that I didn't lose my phone forever.”
“Took my granddaughter this past Saturday to get haircuts. We decided to get our hair washed and my granddaughter wanted her hair straightened after her trim. I also got a cut and style. “Great selection and a very tidy store full of stuff. Today looking for some men's wear and found it and then some. After checking out shoes for Mrs. K., we're over here and suddenly she spots a shirt and some slacks and before you know it, I'm in the changing room with a bunch of cool stuff.
Prices are better here than at Dillard's, for sure.”

“This Walmart Neighborhood Market has become my go-to store for daily shopping. After the recent renovation, the store’s look and feel have improved significantly, making it a much more pleasant place to shop. It’s well-organized and carries most of the items my family and I need, which is incredibly convenient.
The staff here are friendly and helpful, always making the experience smooth and hassle-free. I also love the addition of extra self-checkouts—they’ve made my trips faster and more efficient, which is a big plus for my busy schedule.

“Great parking lot with handicapped parking.
Handicapped restroom and entrance very good. The nicest guy employee Randy, helped me find the best cheddar cheese ever. It was Cabot cheese. He was very helpful and friendly. Electric wheelchair was available. Handicapped parking was great. Handicapped restroom and entrance. There are long lines to get to register, but it moves faster than expected.”
