“Ever get so excited to rack up rewards points that you start giggling at the pump like a caffeinated squirrel? That was me today at the Speedway on Firetower Rd in Greenville. I rolled in needing gas but left feeling like I’d just won the gas station lottery—points, baby, glorious points! Their pumps were quick, the screens didn’t freeze me in digital purgatory, and the card reader actually worked on the first swipe (take notes, other gas stations).
Plus, this Speedway has that oddly satisfying clean smell that makes you think their floors might actually squeak if you tip-toed across them. And yes, I grabbed a cold drink just to flex my rewards even harder—because why stop at fuel when you can be the king of the Speedway loyalty program?

“A little trouble getting my EasyPay card accepted at the pump. Eventually got it to work, it was just slow. Gas price is competitive with Sam's Club, and I never have to wait. Sam's generally has a line when I go there.”
“I had all but given up on all Walgreens Pharmacies…until I found this one by chance when I was having trouble finding a medication and they happened to have it in stock. It’s been over a year now and even though I have to drive an hour to get there, I still fill my prescriptions there because the pharmacist and staff are the best I’ve encountered in a very VERY long time. Every single one of them! It’s so amazing to find such an exceptional group that are genuinely kind and helpful, knowledgeable and actually intelligent (…so rare these days). I would’ve never taken the time to write this review if I didn’t truly mean it. Thank you guys so much for everything. You have restored my faith in Walgreens (even if it does reside only with your particular store). ❤️”
“The pharmacy is getting more efficient and recently They’ve added a couple more people that handle the windows outside and inside (one not exactly a rocket scientist) I know it’s not their fault however; there seems to be a breakdown with getting approval for the insurance companies. And when they tell you online that Your order is ready to be picked up and you get there and boom: “about 20 minutes more”.I don’t have any empirical data, but I’d say close to 50% of the time it’s not ready. However, there is improvement over the last three months.”
