“Christina was phenomenal in spite of literally spending 2 hours on the phone with customer service to handle what should have been a very simple and straightforward phone upgrade with a trade-in. She kept her cool, was kind and courteous, kept me in the loop about the entire situation in spite of how frustrating it was for her, and just generally gave great customer service and attention in spite of the circumstances. Five Stars to this particular store because of Christina, but I don't even know that I'd give Verizon itself a single star because they made that process entirely too complicated for their own people who are on the ground with a customer in their face. Verizon you need to do better. Christina, you rock!”
