He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to address all my concerns.
The repair on my phone was done perfectly, and it was working just as it should. However, I did run into a small issue afterward, but I want to emphasize that this issue wasn’t due to the repair itself. Despite this, they didn’t hesitate to make things right. They offered to refund a portion of my repair cost to compensate for any potential problems that may have occurred, which was incredibly generous and thoughtful of them.
It’s not every day that you encounter a business that genuinely cares about customer satisfaction like this. I truly appreciate how Sam handled everything professionally and with such care. “Christina was phenomenal in spite of literally spending 2 hours on the phone with customer service to handle what should have been a very simple and straightforward phone upgrade with a trade-in. She kept her cool, was kind and courteous, kept me in the loop about the entire situation in spite of how frustrating it was for her, and just generally gave great customer service and attention in spite of the circumstances. Five Stars to this particular store because of Christina, but I don't even know that I'd give Verizon itself a single star because they made that process entirely too complicated for their own people who are on the ground with a customer in their face.
