“Bring your patience! This is a very busy place! I have an older phone that needed a screen replacement. They had to order one which came within two weeks but it was the wrong one sent? Other setbacks had occurred but they worked with me to make sure my phone finally had the proper screen and was up and functioning correctly, which is all that customers want in the long run. The personnel working there were hard working and accommodating to customer needs. If you have any technological needs, -laptops,ipads,etc. they will do their best to make sure you are satisfied with the process.”

“The Falls of Neuse AT&T location is awesome!! I was helped by Seth and two awesome ladies (I’m so sorry I can’t recall your names!).
Came in with a handful of issues I really needed help with in order to activate cell service to bundle with my existing AT&T Fiber service, and they had an answer for every single thing I needed. :). They were even able to SAVE me money on top of the quote AT&T had already given me over the phone!!!

“Dude know how to fix everything phone I bring in 100% perfect and i haven’t had any issues with my phones after there were fixed since then. He also knows how to unlock you electronics if you have them locked and forgot you password.
