The products I have purchased for my husband have consistently been of excellent quality. Please note: this pertains to the FR brand, not the store itself; hooded sweatshirts tend to shrink quickly, so it is advisable to avoid prolonged drying. The staff have been consistently helpful when assisting with selections and always courteous during both arrival and checkout.”
“I saw an item online and ran into the store to grab it. The online price was much better than the store price. I asked if they could match it and the associate was not helpful and said No! I wanted the item so immediately ordered online for in-store pick up. I went back to the pick up and spoke with Pam who was so nice even though you could see she was doing several things at once. She had not received the order yet, but I asked her if I could go pick the item so it was there when the order came thru. She was so nice and said go ahead. I waited around and apologized for being a pest, but I didn't want to have to make a seperate trip into town. She really needs a shout out for her good customer service!! She is awesome!!!”

“The only thing I have to say are how dirty the floors are…I wish they would sweep and mop the place… I come back home and my shoes are super dirty because of the floor. My allergies kick in whenever I shop here because it’s so dusty ?”
“Store is clean, well stocked, and organized. Went in for a work tee and some gloves, left with a 7 foot spinning rod and reel combo, and a few crank baits......no tee shirt or gloves. In my defense the fishing gear was marked down on clearance.....and I realized I have enough work shirts for now.”

“I had never been to North Dakota before FIRST TIME YIPPEE!!!!! and I needed to pick up some supplies for these cold snowy night BRRRRRRRR and I went in real late and there was one worker there named Yuriko she was Japanese and when I was at the counter she kept yelling at somebody that wasn't there, nice lady tho 5/5 thank you North Dakotian Five Below you are the best p.s. I love the smell of kitty litter in the morning.”

“It looks like I missed adding a review when I made my last purchase. Which should have been about this same time last year. The good news, I went this time for the exact same thing at ease the same time which basically the same experience.It's a new year which means all the nifty food gifts that were out for Christmas are 75% off, booyah! Don't sleep on the food section, a small but unique variety of products at reasonable (or downright excellent, after seasons) prices. I stocked up last year for wine baskets for our wine group - this year, I stocked up for personal use as well. I scored tapenades, sauces, pestos, spices, crunchies, cookies & pastas. I'll use a good chunk of it for making charcuterie boards at bargain prices.The checkout staff was new and was in training. She did a great job and her floor coach was patient and friendly - yayMy only real issue is the presentation of products being disorderly and items not being faced. It means a bit of wandering and picking through, but nothing too crazy. It might even be a bit thrilling.”

“Minot store is quite small. Lack of boys and junior ladies clothing and selection. The coupons Kohls sends out have been changed and you no longer save the $$$ you did previously. Store was clean. Just always looks just on the verge of closing. Nice to see the Sephora inside. The gal was very nice.”
