I walked into this location with my eye glasses prescription after a bad experience at another optometrist feeling overwhelmed due to that appointment and seeing this place was pretty busy due to school starting the next week. But that was immediately calmed when a staff member immediately walked to me and showed me every option and helped with picking my new glasses and giving me great feedback/ her opinion like I was doing this with a friend. Bj you are amazing and thank you for a great experience. When I came back to get my glasses I was met by two other wonderful ladies that I didn’t get names but they gave me the same amazing experience as she did. Absolutely amazing group of ladies. “went in today to buy a few things the store was very clean and i was greeted immediately. after i checked out i saw 2 huge mirrors i really wanted and went back to buy them. i was assisted immediately the person there was so super nice and helped me carry my mirrors to the front. they also helped me bring my mirrors to the car. i didn’t plan this at all so the mirrors didn’t fit at first but the person working stood outside and helped me find a way to fit them. through the entire shopping experience this worker wasn’t only helping me but also greeting others. i was so excited and happy with my experience i forgot to ask for their name, they were wearing camo pants. i really hope they get the recognition they deserve. 10/10 customer service 10/10 experience”

The Cincinnati-based supermarket giant will open about 110 new stores in fast-growing markets by 2029 and introduce three updated store formats, executives told investors Oct. 20 at the company’s Investor Update in New York. Kroger already runs about 2,700 stores in 35 states. The formats come in three sizes, a bit like small, medium and large, matched to each market. Mary Ellen Adcock, Kroger’s executive vice president and chief merchant and marketing officer, walked through the lineup.
Walmart shoppers want a head start on the holidays, and money explains a lot of it. Some 44% of respondents call affording the holidays their top stressor, and 61% say holiday costs shape their shopping mood. Asked what would make the season easier, 70% picked lower prices and 57% picked more deals and promotions. Convenience ranks lower: 30% want one-stop shopping across categories, and 20% want faster delivery.
Target is rolling out its most ambitious store overhaul in more than ten years, with plans to remodel over 130 locations and open 30 new stores across the country this year. The retailer is also putting money into supply chain technology upgrades to keep pace with how shoppers buy today.
