We found their service to be beyond timely, quite amazing how quickly they solved our problem with our projector. Beside fixing our other problem we found out about their bulbs.If anyone needs a bulb they carry their own brand which not only provide convenience but also at competitive pricing. We have found the place we plan to go for all our personal audio and visual needs and for any needs of the community organization we work with and that place is Tri-State Audio and Visual. .”
“Corey greeted us as we came in door with a smile. I was adding a line for my father, (83) and it was super easy. Just like when I signed up with Tmobile. Their customer service is outstanding! We spent about 30 mins at the store. Had new phone, data transferred and out the door to finish our errands. I wanted to make sure I posted a review because in this day and age, it's hard to find good customer service, and I truly appreciate it when I find it! “Loved the large selection of women’s intimates. Milford unfortunately didn’t have half of the cute Valentines lingerie like Anderson. I had a return, that went super quick and easy. when checking out, I accidentally double scanned an item in the Cashier was there immediately to void as opposed to waiting for them to come from where people hide sometimes :)”

“First time ever returning a purchase from Target. Yet another great experience at this store. First, return registers are right inside the door - no walking all the way to the back like other stores - which is really nice if you don’t want want to exchange or shop. Also their return registers are set up just like regular checkouts - no dingy service cave filled with piles of returned merchandise. In fact, all returned merchandise is quickly stashed behind a well designed cubicle, out of site, keeping the customer service area clear and organized. Finally, the team member who handled my return was friendly and efficient, and when another customer with a return got in line behind me, a second team member materialized to offer immediate assistance at the next register. The customer-focused experience is as positive when returning merchandise as it is when purchasing. Target just operates at a higher standard than its big box competitors - in merchandising, wide variety of merchandise including exclusive product lines, and exceptional customer service.”

“Best experience ive ever had at a furniture store. The employees were very knowlegdable and helped me find exactly what I wanted and what worked for me and my family. The GM James was so great he has outstanding customer service and truley cares about his customers. Everything was delivered day and time they said it would be the delivery guys were so professional and set everything up for me and made sure I was completely satisfied before they left. I will definitely be returning for all of my furniture needs. High recommend!!!”
“This grocery store is easily the best shopping experience I've had anywhere in Southeast Cincinnati in a while. They were clean, well appointed, bright, had everything and non grocery odds and ends, great carts, seamless self checkout. Best of all open late so they saved the day when my usual nearby grocery didn't have much of what I needed.”

“Went to the store with a family member who needed extra help with her condition, the lady at the store was nice and very patient with her. We have gone back to the store multiple times and she provided us with help and great customer service each time. A small place but staffed with a great employee.”
