Tilly was very helpful and knowledgeable, extremely easy to talk to as well! I wish if got her name, admin was super kind and gave my 2yr old boy a toy fox while we handled business. Many people there that I didn’t meet by name but went out of their way to say hello, asked my wife or I if we needed anything several times. Amazing experience, would highly recommend! A pleasure!”

“Marquan Bason is a GREAT Salesman and gets things done quickly and always has the car buyer's back.
My car developed delamination around the front windshield which they refused to replace or fix. It should have been covered under the used car warranty but they say no and that I needed to purchase a separate "window glass warranty" at the time of purchase. Who knew???
I talked to the general manager and he was very personable on the phone but still refused to do anything about the windshield. I finally had to have Safelite replace the windshield at my expense.

“Took care of warranty work. Took them 2 days, which was longer than planned. Forgot about a dash issue I told them needed looked at. They did it quick when I was there to pick it up, which I was grateful for. They use AI to send emails. They need to have a person that is responsible for the responses.”
“Friendly and honest mechanics here. I took my car in for a new strut, and was quoted somewhere else at over $700. They replaced it for me for hundreds less. Andrew talked me through the repairs and any other concern I had. The service was done quickly, and it was affordable as well. I had no issues at all! I will be getting all repairs done here from now on, and will recommend them first to anyone who is looking for auto repairs.”

“Came in for a transmission fluid flush for my supra back in July. Was worried about how it would go, given what I heard about flushes on transmissions. Went smoothly for the most part outside of my tranmission was super slow to cool( Took 2 days to cool down). Luckily, they hooked me up with a loaner until the service could be completed. Very happy overall with service and the communication they had with me.”
