“I had my iPhone for 4 years and needed to upgrade due to my battery getting worse and worse. Jason (I think) Wells made my experience super easy! Had the new iPhone in stock that I wanted, helped us through getting it all setup, did a quick transfer from my old phone to my new one, put my screen protector and case on and within 45 mins I was walking out the door with my old and brand new phone! Within an hour I had a brand new phone ready to go and able to use with all my old stuff from my old phone already on it!

“As a previous customer who’s locked out of my phone for 2 weeks now, I walked into Cricket Wireless as a Hail Mary. Although ultimately my issue was not resolved, it was definitely the most positive experience I’ve ever had with Cricket Wireless. Please forgive me as cannot remember the woman’s name, but I’m hopeful you can look at the time stamps and give her the credit she deserves! I was there today 12/30/25 around 1pm. That sweet lady went so far above and beyond the scope of responsibility for me. She was patient, calm, friendly, personable and professional throughout the duration. She made several phone calls on my behalf, and she REALLY tried to get this issue resolved. Best of all, she never looked at me like I was crazy when I sat there crying to her, with my 3 children under foot. She is an amazing person, and this company is very lucky to have her. If she were to benefit from my renewing services, I would do it in a heartbeat. She deserves all the flowers and recognition, today. Thank you, ma’am, for your kindness. I hope you have a great New Year!”

“Compared to the vermilion store, this was the best Verizon experience I've had. Google Pixel was having some issues and they only needed to swap my SIM card. Other stores wouldn't even touch my phone. The manager knows what he's doing and was a great help.”
