“I've been doing business with our local Staples for many years and have always been more than satisfied with the store and staff, all top notch. My latest visit was to return 2 mice (purchased in-store on my behalf by a relative (but not what I'd asked for)), pick up the mouse I'd ordered online, and to recycle the prior mouse (now sadly expired), which all went smoothly.
But the next thing that Dee J. helped me with was above and beyond! Knowing that sometimes useable, but orphaned parts were recycled, I asked him, on a long shot, if it were possible that someone had dropped off an AC adaptor and power cord that might work for my Handycam. Sadly, the cart was empty. When I explained I'd been trying to find someone with a decent camera/smart phone to photograph my new glasses for warranty service, he stepped up, then emailed me the photo. What a lifesaver!

“Impeccable service, indeed. This printer was extraordinary. We could not have grown our start-up without their advice on package insert sizes and designs. If we sent over a file with a mistake, we'd get a phone call hours later. Need it fast - no problem. We started by ordering quantities of 50 or so package inserts and now order thousands at a time. Some companies won't deal with startups and only want your business if you can place a large order.”

“Picked up boxes for a couple oddly-shaped gifts here. (I wasn’t shipping, just needed a way to package and wrap.) Very fast service and they had exactly what I needed - higher quality and less expensive than what I usually find at Home Goods. The Falls Pak & Ship website says they have 75+ box sizes. “Employees working at this specific UPS are amazing. They’re friendly, helpful, engaging. Unlike the Hudson, UPS, I was so pleasantly surprised the first time I came to the Twinsburg Uupper yes because they were open a little later than our more local one. We got that right as they were closing and still they were wonderfully kind and helpful. The second time I came it wasn’t your closing but again reach service. Service is so great. I had to make sure I did a review. I’ll go out of my way to go to this UPS because of people are so nice here.”
