“Arthurs is the best! I’ve gotten several gifts here as well as shoes for myself! The staff is absolutely amazing and SO helpful! Before I was even a customer they followed me on social media where I shared my health journey/struggles of rare diseases and life saving surgeries. They were constantly messaging me with words of encouragement and I knew I had to get in to shop as soon as I was healed and I am SO happy I did! I cannot wait to continue purchasing gifts and my own personal shoes for years to come! It’s so refreshing to walk into a local business and feel so comfortable! In before the store closed and the person working never made me feel rushed or that he was put out by my being there that close to closing, he explained the boot to me in great depth and I was able to pick my boots in the right size with no pressure and I could not be happier with my new Redwings, I will never buy another brand of work boots again,”

The store is on the smaller side, but it's perfect for the amount of stuff they sell.”

“The people that work here are great. Positive attitudes and very helpful. I love the clothes and coats at Eddie Bauer, although a little pricey, worth it because it's quality and they have a great warranty. This visit, Jen & Ben helped me exchange a coat that I was having issues with. Ben was new (although at first I couldn't tell, he told me) but had great confidence and was very friendly. His manager, Jen, gave him the space to try this return on his own and he almost did it but there was some confusion so she stepped in. Great team work and great interaction amongst them. I felt like they were friends of mine and we were figuring it out together. It was resolved and I got my new coat. I was very pleased.”

“First time in here as I was curious to see exactly what it was, reminds me of a TJ Maxx or a Marshalls! They have a lot of higher end items brand names like Gucci, and Kate Spade. Was very messy especially the cosmetic section I didn't even bother to look that much. It looks like they have a lot of cute things though definitely good for holiday shopping!”

I was treated very kindly and the cashier even told me details about the items I had chosen. I think my Mom is going to love the nice items I bought her here for Christmas!
