“I didn't know DXL had storefronts until I moved to Cleveland. Been a customer online for 10 years. I love being able to pickup my order for free at the store. I'm not much of a shopper but the store is beautiful, it's always kept immaculately and has the AC cranked up high. I have spoken with several of the people working here and they all go out of their way to ask if you need help, they're very knowledgeable of all their products and can help with sizing and deciding what works for you. Overall this place takes a chore I absolutely hate, and turns into an experience that makes me feel like I do deserve to wear something nice.”

I've gotten some Docs and Chucks here recently and am super pleased. They also have a fun selection of socks and shoes with designs, size permitting. The store is on the smaller side, but it's perfect for the amount of stuff they sell.”

“First time in here as I was curious to see exactly what it was, reminds me of a TJ Maxx or a Marshalls! They have a lot of higher end items brand names like Gucci, and Kate Spade. Was very messy especially the cosmetic section I didn't even bother to look that much. It looks like they have a lot of cute things though definitely good for holiday shopping!”

I really wish I would’ve asked for their names in order to properly express my gratitude.I’m a first-generation law student and needed lots of help finding professional clothes. They did such an excellent job giving recommendations and advice. They were patient, enthusiastic, and made me super excited about my new clothes!I cannot thank those ladies enough for all of their help!”

“Went to this shop on lunch break for some Christmas gifts. The selection was great and the employees are awesome. I was treated very kindly and the cashier even told me details about the items I had chosen. I think my Mom is going to love the nice items I bought her here for Christmas! I highly reccomend stopping in because they even offer complimentary coffee! Great service with a smile was provided ??”
