“I pulled up, immediately greeted with a bottle of water. The guys were patient with me as far as uploading coupons and confusion on my last service date. I probably was there for no longer than 10-15 minutes. I’ll definitely go to this location again.”

“As always Shaker Quality Auto Body provided excellent service and the body repairs they performed after I was hit by another driver are beautiful and make an older car look almost new again. Where they really stood out though was in dealing with the other driver's insurance company. A process that was drawn out and unnecessarily painful but they stayed committed to getting a resolution. Bill is the true hero of this story with all the time he spent chasing the insurance company. I would give 6 stars if I could!”

“They always take great care of me and tell me what to do expect on my next visit. They told me my battery was running low when I got my last oil change and they were right. They put my new battery in today within 15 minutes.”

“Great group of guys. Always a great experience. I took my car to Serpentini North Olmsted where I purchased to get fixed 4 times and they couldn't figure out the problem. Rad Air fixed it the first time. Serpentini spent over 5k trying to figure out what was causing false codes to keep popping up like auto start/stop, engine, etc. I kept asking about the battery and they assured me it was okay. Rad Air found 2 loose wires and fixed the problem.”

“Sean & Nathaniel (plus one more gentleman) gave me a very courteous, informative and expedited service. Nathaniel helped to get my tires back on the right level of air and Sean even was kind enough to let me take a pic of the oil he recommended for my car. Great location! These guys are great workers.”

“Jasmine was awesome! She didn’t try to convince me to get a whole oil change like some other shops do. She topped it off and then got down and under my car to take a look at something I had a concern about. She was very knowledgeable and kind . Definitely recommend.”

“Had front brakes replaced at 54000 miles after having rear brakes replaced at 32000 miles by Millers. Rear brakes are at 94% after 2 years, expect same from the front Work was done while waiting with my 2 buddies, the dogs! Professional job and less than half the price quoted by the dealer. Friendly, good work and will return with other vehicles when needed.”

“To be honest I went there a 3 months ago and just left because of the workers I dealt with were so rude and only wanted my money I figured I heard they have NEW MANAGEMENT and workers so thought I would give them another chance due to folks telling me it changed I spoke with the people and customers there and was informed they came in there and cleaned house of everyone from Management on down due to customer service and ripping people off for work not needed so I figure I would give them a chance again because I needed new tires. The service I received and the price I paid made me very happy I went back in and tried again. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking for fast and polite service at a great price and they DO care about their customers. Don't think twice about finding out for yourself this place really DID change.”

“I was advised that the exhaust system, from front to rear, would need to be replaced and a call about parts and labor. I want to acknowledge the kindness and professionalism I experienced at Conrad’s. I was grateful that the staff took the time to listen to my concerns and investigate the source of the noise. For that reason I am glad to share positive feedback about customer service I received, while noting that the issue ultimately did not not require an extensive replacement as originally discussed.”

“I was a walk in as a first time customer to Conrads to have an exhaust issue inspected. Ron and Paul greeted me and did not hesitate to get me in to look at the vehicle so I left it for them. A few hours later I not only got information but they sent me a video showing me exactly what was wrong. Talk about great customer service!!! They had to order the part and due to lack of time in the day, I brought it back to them today and they fixed it for a fraction of the cost that ai was quoted elsewhere!! This is a great team over at Conrads and since I work right around the corner, I no longer have to worry about scheduling appointments anywhere else because Conrads has my business from now on. Thank you!!! Shane”

“I had tires put on and brakes installed at the Richmond Heights location. I have dealt with a few people at the service desk. The names I remember are Sierra, Jordan, Jonathan, and I think the other gentleman was Steve. All were helpful and polite. Don't know the names of the mechanics/installers but they are appreciated as well. Thus far my experience here has been good and I would return.”

“It was 95-100 degrees outside. After I pulled into the drive and was waiting for the vehicle in front of me to be done, the employee came out and gave me a bottle of water. The guys were courteous and knowledgeable. Kept me informed about what they were doing. Not sure if it was a reasonable price for what they do compared to other places, but my wife takes her vehicle there so I figured I'd take my vehicle. I would go back.”

“I was missing the sticker from the prior change, felt it was time so went in. They reviewed my last change and told me I still had 1,000 miles to go. So they sent me on my way after checking fluids with an icy cold drink and said they’d see me in 1,000 miles and put a new sticker on. Now. That is customer service. That is what keeps people coming back again and again and again …. Thank you.”
