“I’ve lived here for 3 years and overall I’ve really enjoyed my experience. The location is great! The only challenge is getting out of the community, as we really need a traffic light, but that’s more of a city/county issue rather than something the complex controls. The staff is friendly & maintenance is also fantastic.
The rent is probably higher than it should be, but that seems to be the case everywhere in the area right now, so it is what it is. Overall, I’ve had a positive experience and plan to stay until I’m ready to buy a house.”

Free popcorn and smiles upon entrance often, friendly management and neighbors, and fast handling of maintenance issues. Plus the lovely architecture of the building and the downtown views. I credit Raquel and Anne, our amazing management staff, with keeping us at The Landing happy.”
“Beautiful and safe place. It’s just a little over priced. It’s suppose to be a smoke free community but a lot of people were smoking cigarettes and other substances in their garages which rolled over into our apartment since they are connected.”
“The Village at Stone Falls is a lovely community. Even in the dead of winter the landscaping was still nicely done. The only qualms we had with the apartments were the size of the living rooms & location. Our MIL isn’t too fond of the idea of being so close to N Fairfield Road with its traffic. We will be keeping the complex in mind as we narrow down on our decision.”

“Nice place centerfield flats had some maintenance issues but they were quick respond and fixt it the next day I have a baby there and is fun to walk around the stadium and see the Christmas lights in the dragon stadium, love the club house where you can see the dragons game will recommend”
“My boyfriend and I went Saturday to fill out our application for a apartment the manager was very friendly and helpful the place has cleaned up a lot. We are waiting to hear back from her weather or not we got the apartment. We are hoping and praying we do we have a baby on the way and we are starting a new chapter in our lives.”
“I’ve been living in this community for over five years, and it’s been a great place to call home. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, and well maintained, and the neighbors are friendly and respectful. The location is very convenient, with shopping, restaurants, and everything you need just a short drive away. Overall, it feels like a safe and welcoming community, and I’ve had a very positive experience living here.

“Overall, this is a typical aging apartment complex. The Manager, Sandy, is great and tries to resolve issues quickly and she truly cares about her residents. The apartment is nice, but the outside of the buildings could use some fresh paint and siding repairs. With supply costs these days, I would expect a delay. Good place to live for your stepping stone to home ownership.”

“Took a month to get a light bulb changed, trash around and not cleaned up, dog poop can full to the point of falling out and goes days before cleaned up. Don’t like that I’m stuck with the internet.”

-neighbors are all friendly
-freight elevator is not functional
-parking lot in the back is not secured, anyone can walk through, however I've never had issues getting a spot
-relatively thin walls”

“Nice place to live. One bedroom apartment is efficient and is all I wanted. They are under new management and are efficient with taking care of issues that may arise. They are pet friendly which is wonderful. I posted pics of apartment prior to moving in and after moving in some months back. Handrails in bathroom is an additional plus for me as well.”
