“August 2026 visit. As always in and out in seconds as all was on files. Shout out to Austin and Georgia, the best. Second visit to the Bagley Rd UPS wgile up in Cleveland. Understand from staff (know each shop is individually owned) that this shop is owned by entity that owns 17 across Ohio and Indiana. For the C-Suite at owner juat letting you know (as a serious buyer of UPS and your competitors) services that your staff on Sp 20, 10 a.m. at Bagley Rd was fantastic, especially your pleasant and sharp manager on the ball. If you give awards forbest at your 17 locales I am nominating your Bagley Rd, Cleveland team. Keep up the great work. Back in Cleveland and my local UPS is still on the ball. Thanks all.”

“I had several time-sensitive shopping needs and ran into delays getting to the ups store, so i arrived just before closing. I felt so bad for hitting them with so many requests at the last minute and for being so disorganized with it all, but Doreen was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. Both team members were efficient and went above and beyond in their customer service. This will be my delivery point of choice going forward!”

“I’m a regular at this UPS store. The staff has always been pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. They’ve helped me save money when I needed packing services by recommending the most appropriate box size for my item. I will go out of my way to ship out of this store when there’s a store closer to me because they are so good at what they do.”

“Let me compare my visit to this ups store to the ‘other store’ for shipping—which is closer to home: This store provides service, courteously, friendly, efficiently, thoroughly. The ‘other’ shipping store makes the customer make their own label—on a computer that I’m not familiar with, and don’t know how to use, and they will not assist me! I’m 80 years old, I use a shipping service every few years, not every day—I don’t own computer or printer. I need help! And this UPS store helped me, courteously, thoroughly, and quickly—with a smile and a thank you.”

“Last summer, the place that was supposed to print our wedding programs backed out at the last minute, a day before our wedding. Neel Patel, the owner, was so kind to us and was able to handle the whole project and even gave us a great deal. He saved us so much stress and really got us out of a tough spot. Highly recommend.”

“Just received another shipment with Old Dominion. Great service as usual. Customer service called day before to advise on coming shipment and confirm receiving hours. My neighbor is moving out, and when shipment came the driver had to maneuver around multiple PODs to my gate, which was done in a very professional way. Thank you, Old Dominon, for excellent job!”

“I recently used Staples for printing postcard Christmas. Greetings. I used the one on 117th and Berea road in Cleveland. I have had a number of jobs done at this location over the past 10 to 15 years. This printing department has never been a disappointment. I've had multiple jobs completed including an 8 and 1/2 by 11 book I produced that was spiral bound with lots of photographs and documents from my parents. Time in the military. Approximately 40 books were completed to be distributed to my family members as keepsakes. Lifelong treasures for sure! The staff at this location is always helpful and efficient. I have never been disappointed with the print quality or the service I received. Staples will continue to be my go-to for printing needs”

“I have been using this UPS location now for over 10 years. They deal with an incredibly high volume of packages, many of them Amazon returns, as most of my visits are! The staff is well-trained, friendly and very efficient. I feel they do a tremendous job. fir what is likely low pay, and often in a very busy environment. They ROCK!! What can slow them down is if customers come in with unprepared Amazon returns and are fumbling through bags trying to figure out which product goes with which return. The staff stays patient and kind, but unfortunately, it is an inconvenience to the other customers in line, so everyone, please organize your returns BEFORE you come in! Also keep in mind parking can be tricky sometimes at this location. There are 6-8 spots out front that are specifically indicated as parking for 30 mins or less, so one can almost ALWAYS find a spot there. If you have a truly heavy box and need to pull up to the curb, please have the courtesy to your fellow customers to drop off the box, put it inside the store quickly, then PARK your car and return to the store. Please do NOT leave your car out front in the fire lane for safety reasons. You can take the extra 5 minutes out of your day for that common courtesy. PS - I've also used this location because I had to fax something (I was shocked people still do that!) and they were great with that process & affordable.”

“Logistical Advantage is a great broker. As far as the gentleman's review below, my guess is there are holes in his story. We call drivers/carriers for information as it is our job. We would not have to call the driver, if their dispatchers did their due diligence in keeping the broker updated. We ask for your bank account number in order to verify authenticity to avoid fraud. Your bad experience, is probably due to something lacking on your end. Thank you”
