“One bad apple Just spoil a bunch, but I'm not going to let that spoil this review I shop here because it has fresh produce and the stuff I need unlike the Kroger down the street I came here tonight after I've been at the hospital all day with my husband that's been in ICU for a week now My spirits have been very down and I got tired of eating out food so I came in to get a couple groceries and I want to the deli department and first I went to the prepackaged deli but they didn't have mesquite turkey so I heard somebody in the back so I asked one of the other girls that was stalking the bread if they were open she went back there to check for me and then another girl proceeded and asked me what did I need and so she sent somebody to be out to help me The older lady that came out to help me apparently was upset that she had to come out cuz I didn't say nothing I just asked her can I get my turkey and I wanted thin slice in a fourth of a pound after she asked me that I need anything else and I said no ma'am she perceives to say who waits to come at the end of the day when we're closing as she shakes her head and rolls her eyes at me and I said I'm sorry I've been at the hospital all day and she shakes her head I don't want to hear it I don't want to hear it and I said you could have told me no you didn't have to get the lunch meat and she says I couldn't tell you no cuz they would have fired me I said you could have told me no coming out like that then I said my husband's been in ICU on a ventilator but then she going to say oh I'm sorry about your husband I said thanks and walked away as I grab my turkey I went upstairs to get my wine and as I'm thinking about it I just got more upset because I'm wondering would she had said that to someone who was of a different race than her so I went back downstairs and got me some bread and I asked one unemployees Is it okay to grab this bread I don't want nobody to get upset with me like the lady in the deli just fussed me out and the coworker said I apologize as I went to check out Ariana came in approached me and asked me would I like to write a statement of what happened and do I feel safe doing so and she actually listened to me vent and I start crying in the store and I felt more embarrassed about crying after I was just talk to like that but she made me feel safe and she listened to me and she also sent her manager told her to give me a discount which I thought was nice and I didn't want that lady to get fired that works in a deli Diane but she needs to take a customer service class and know who to talk to and who not to talk to she don't know who I was I could have been someone from corporate or or just like I was a customer that I had already a shitty day and she could have made a better experience that could have brightened somebody's day instead she made it worse and have me crying in Giant eagle store.Ariana H help save that experience and having a well stock store that's what the 4 stars are for UPDATE the store manager called me offered an apology and a bouquet of flowers $20 gift card Thank you Dan this should be a learning experience for Diane as old as she was thought she would have known”

“Fresh meat better than the big chain stores,the only place I get meat,awesome macaroni salad n potato salad too a little more pricey but you get what you pay for,definitely recommend to anyone look for good quality meats”

Great store, typically their locations suck and they're hard to get to, this one is definitely along those lines but they have their own parking lot. Great for produce, and I'll add that the chicken Sausage is always really good, used to be the only thing I went to this store for”

“Been over here for 11 years and always had good service at the store, but recently we have new owners in there and if you’d like good vapes, good smokes, good edibles they’re the real deal wouldn’t lie to you always go there to get my smokes their reasonable just go check them out if you like smokes that’s the spot for you”
“Aldi is a nice place to stop for convenient culinary necessities. I like their brands. I enjoy their pineapple juice. I'm a regular consumer of their multivitamins. I like that they generally use European standards for food. The produce is good and their prices are generally very good. I enjoy the checkout process which is quick and convenient. No self-scanning is a plus for me.”
“I like coming here. It’s a cheaper option for some of the everyday items. I think it’s same company as Trader Joe’s or a lot of similarity.
I really enjoy the ice cream section and teas.”

“Great prices and very friendly employees. But I'm taking off a star. Why is there always a man at the carts outside harassing every customer? Literally right under the "No loitering. No panhandling" sign. The last 3 times, it's consistent, or else I wouldn't mention it here. I was used to seeing Columbus police doing security and this never happened then.”
“Less product on the shelves than they used to have. Ownership has changed in past year or so and the variety of things has diminished slightly, but the place is very clean and staff are knowledgeable and helpful.”

“Fresh Thyme sells so much stuff for people with food allergies. For example, they sell Abbot's plant based beef that's gluten free. There's a lot of vegan items to pick from. This place sells a variety of items that a lot of other stores don't sell.”

“Easy shopping with in the store. Most items that I was shopping for were in stock and fresh. The meat department needed to be stocked. Most of the beef selection was out of stock. Small but nice pick of wines. Workers where very helpful and friendly. Easy self check out.”

“This DT was chock full of Fall and Halloween decorations and crafts! I went to several different DT stores and this store was by far the best. Staff is very pleasant and greeted me as soon as they saw me and when I entered the store.
My goal was to get all the supplies to make a haunted house and I left with everything I needed. Super happy.

“I drink brewed tea, not coffee. There is an amazing array of brands and quality. It is also the only place I will buy olive oil. Once again so many choices. They also have homemade hummus, meat or spinach pies and tabouli . Great choices of Feta cheese and bulk spices. The biggest down side is that I always buy much more than I had planned to spend.”

They understand that a smile goes a long way! That's the main reason I bypass most of the bigger Hispanic or international markets and go to La Bodega. “An absolute slay. Extremely convenient convenience store right across the street from my apartment. They recently renovated and the place is very well organized, clean, etc. Also an amazing drink selection, including interesting craft beers and even liquor. Cashiers are always super friendly and welcoming.”
