“Ohhhh, my "Bob" ?..... It's taken me 57 years, but i finally found the best place to wash my car without spending a fortune. Let's start with the tire cleaner that wasn't supposed to be available. Well i can't hardly wait to what it'll do when it does supposedly works, because i've honestly never had as much brake dust come off of my rim caps and make them look decent for a change. And as for the rest of the job, i'll let you see if it's good enough or not with the photos in this review that is going to go worldwide, since i'm in the top 10%of Google reviewers worldwide, and i couldn't be happier to give my highest review of my life. So glad i drove from the Westside of Columbus after reading other's reviews definitely worth the few extra minutes to come here that's for sure. And i'll never go anywhere else again. Ty to whoever it is that owns this establishment. Please keep up the good work.”
“First off I wanna start off by saying Sofo the young man working as a attendant the day I went through was incredibly friendly and helpful. He had a really good attitude about his job. Definitely someone to keep around. This is a pretty nice car wash you automated wash. Does a pretty good job if you get the platinum wash, it does actually a really good job damn near as good as I can do at a self service. Their vacuums are good and strong. Only thing I wish they didn’t have like some of the other automated car washes with similar set ups will have pressurized air for you to get dusted and stuff on the fence. It would be nice if they had those here also some of the other places offer cleaning solutions and stuff for interior detailing or format Washington stations. However, this place has a subscription like a lot of these other services due and their monthly fee is about half of what other services are so I guess that makes up for it. All around a pretty good car wash.”
“The customer service alone set them apart — they were so kind, responsive, and truly cared about making sure everything was taken care of.
The team was genuine, personable, and extremely professional. You can tell they take pride in their work and truly value their customers! They went above and beyond, and I was especially impressed that they were able to take care of my car well within 24 hours of me bringing it to them. That level of efficiency without sacrificing quality is rare!
The results were amazing — my car looks and feels brand new. It’s not often you find a company that combines high-quality work with such outstanding service. I’m beyond grateful and will absolutely be using them again in the future. Highly recommend!

“No bad have membership, but my car dosent get cleaned well not due to them I think auto cleaning dont work with squarish cars, biggest issue is they dont have a good way to wash mats and no water outside for getting some missed areas cleaned”

“I love it here. I love they are touchless and 24hrs and the price is great. Only thing is it gets kind of cramped in the lot when they are busy, but they can't really help that. If you haven't gone, go!”

“Mike made my care shine like new and even buffed out some scratches on the front of the car. The interior of the car was the cleanest I've ever seen it. VERY personable and professional. "Make It Shine Auto Detailing" is a hidden gem conveniently located near the airport.”

Getting run down. Broken gates for weeks. The under carriage wash hasn't worked all winter which is the entire reason I go here. One of the right side spinning brushes hasnt worked for months either. 1 star and cancelling membership until these issues are fixed.”

The lines always look so intimidating! But do not fear. . .they move everyone thru with the efficiency of theater restroom attendants. For people who love clean cars, you get to watch all the swooshing, and pop out the other side all sparkly clean. Plus, for $20 a month you can go thru as many times as you want. . .making it sooo MUCH cheaper than a Broadway ticket!

“I like Get Go @ Giant Eagle. It's located conveniently in my neighborhood. I'm able to use the points I accumulate from groceries and prescriptions can be used on discounts on gas! Gotta love that! Another thing I really like about this place is that they have gift cards available. Granted, the selection is not great, but if you're in a hurry and don't have time to park, run in, choose a gift card, wait in line, and walk back out to your parking place, well you can save a lot of precious time!”

That's someone good with integrity. I hope they keep him.”

“Definitely one of the better car washes in the area. I got their top wash and it was very efficient at removing dirt and grime on my car that only saw water due to an 11 day streak of rain and severe weather. The vacuums are EXTREMELY efficient. The only issue I had was that the brushes didn't apply to the rear bumper and trunk. So check for that before you leave so you don't drive around with streaks on your rear end. 😆
