“Trader Joe's is a very unique store. Great selection of food. Wine selection was OK, but not as good as it used to be. I assume Tariffs had something to do with thar. Checked out quickly with great service.”

“Fresh Thyme sells so much stuff for people with food allergies. For example, they sell Abbot's plant based beef that's gluten free. There's a lot of vegan items to pick from. This place sells a variety of items that a lot of other stores don't sell.”

“I shop here daily. They always have what I want and if they don't I can usually tell them what I like and they will get it for me. There is a food truck on the lot that has great food. They also have a lot of treats from foreign countries that my niece loves to try when we go in there. My favorite store!!”

“Only downside is no self check out and only one or two registers open at a time. Also some of the cashiers do not have a regards for fragile items. Today I had a cashier just throwing items in the cart as she scanned. She place chips, eggs and cookies in the bottom of the cart and threw bottles of orange juice on top of the fragile items.
She never once apologized or tried to keep order of fragile items. She continued to jus throw items in the cart blindly and with no care. I guess at the least most approved is she placed the bread in the top area of the cart....
She checked out the person behind me with 3 smaller order with care. She probably didnt know that we was together. But I noticed the difference in care and service. Over all the store is clean, well stocked, fresh produce and other items, as well as staff is very helpful and polite on the sales floor. The cashier needs some work and retraining on how to handle peoples food and cart place ment.
Side note: I thanked her throughout the whole process never once did she reply back. Let alone say thank you and/ or have a good day. But she said it to the other party I was with. I can't remember her name but her hair and lips match of a burgundy/ deep purple color.
Other than that I would have given 5 stars and my comment would have been shorter but still pleasant.
Update: Went back again nd pretty much still the same. My cashier was super nice, cautious with items and courteous.”
“This is a great locally owned store that also has an awesome liquor store too. They have everything you would want or need from a convenience store & a nice beer selection too.
I myself am a bourbon guy, so I frequently stop in to find some of my favorites & I always leave with something I already love, or something new.
Retna & everyone here are all very friendly as long as you are polite, & the customer service is fantastic. I highly recommend stopping by & checking them out!”
“One of the nicest cleanest efficient well-stocked Hispanic markets I've ever been to. They even have a fresh meat section in the back. But the best part is the restaurant inside of the store that serves the absolute best food. It just opened but I have a feeling is going to be here for a while. Go check them out”

“Lady at the register was very helpful. I was there to look for local kosher certified meats, unfortunately, they did not have any. But from the websites of the farms the meats they do have are ethically cared for.
They have fresh produce, cheeses, and other various items. If you're looking to shop locally this looks like the place to go! I will certainly be going back, as I was only there for the meats this time, but when I need some veggies and cheese I plan to certainly look here first!”

Produce is always fresh. I found the bananas to be higher quality and taste better than other grocery shops.
The pharmacy is top notch. They have been filling medicine for my family since they opened. The staff is always courteous, knowledgeable, caring and friendly.”
“I loved it here. Huge selection. Some prices were missing and I had to take the items to price check to the teller. I bought some cheap keyrings and magnets for my friends back home. And an assortment of picnic items. Single polystyrene containers and mini cutlery. Huge coffee and alcohol selection too.”

“An absolute slay. Extremely convenient convenience store right across the street from my apartment. They recently renovated and the place is very well organized, clean, etc. Also an amazing drink selection, including interesting craft beers and even liquor. “I couldn’t believe how many great options are here, from produce, to fresh a s frozen fish options and freshly butchered meats to packaged goods, isles of worldly specific goods. If you’re trying out new recipes like I am and you need ingredients you can’t find at your local grocery store this place probably has it. And they have a quirky selection with a bakery, smoothie/coffee bar, and other things it’s a great place to visit.
I got rice noodles and Vietnamese spring roll wraps and made these. I can’t wait to go back and see what else I need to make something new.”
“We started coming to this Kroger in March when the Pandemic was in full swing. It's 3 miles from our home and our other Kroger is only a mile away from the house; still, we make the weekly short trek to New Albany as this store is better stocked than the other one so it became out tried and true go-to store. Plus, it's on the way to our doggie day care we have more than one stop and it is between our home and where my parents reside in their assisted living in Granville so it became our stop for them since July. Great, great, great consistent staff. Very friendly. Very professional and fun despite this awful time in our country. I will admit when this store was undergoing renovations about a year or so ago, I hate it. There was absolutely no method to the madness where items were temporarily placed. Thank God we hung in there. Now we use both Krogers close to the house. This one for our weekly stop and the other as it has a liquor store inside when we need fresh bottles for our home bar! :)”
