“Carolyn was such a sweetheart, when I walk in and started talking to her I immediately felt like I was talking to a friend. She helped me find a flattering pair of scrubs so I can be confident on my first day of my new job. The store was clean, stocked so well. I was so impressed I think I would have bought everything I saw if I could! I don’t normally do reviews but Carolyn deserves it and so does Cincy Scrubs. I won’t be going any where else for scrubs ?”

This was my first time using Fleet Feet, and I would recommend them. the process was thorough and the staff was invaluable I just learned they have a training program for those who want to participate in the flying pig marathon. “Terrific experience at La Morelense. Family owned business with exceptional customer service. Bought Stetson Skyline felt and Ostrich belt of high quality. Selection of Western wear, felts and boots are impressive. Brim of Stetson was cut down and felt shaped to perfection. Can't say enough good things about Pedro and this shop. If you are looking for Western wear, then this is the place for any cowboy.”
“Talk about a class act!! Lori (the owner) and Heather an associate at the boutique they were both amazing when I ran in to get ballet shoes for my granddaughters. I felt like I had just gained to new friends even though we chatted like we were old friends the store is adorable I even got a tour upstairs. Great selection & prices on all dance wear. “I hadn't bought running shoes for over 5 years and ended up having some knee issues because of my old shoes. I had been putting off getting a new pair for a while because I had no idea what brands or styles would be best for me. I felt overwhelmed looking online. When I got to Fleet Feet, I quickly realized the staff was more than happy to dedicate some time to helping me find the best option for me. I have never been more happy to find something so simple as a shoe! I got an arch support insole and a pair of Hokas that were just what I needed.”
“Exceptional.-If your looking for a PARTICULAR brand, call ahead.- I will always suggest a " RUNNING / WALKING speciality store for anyone.- easy parking on the street or in any of the lots.- knowledgeable staff, always willing to help & answer questions .- awesome futuristic technology to get the shoe you need.- centrally located.- GREAT with kids , ( even young kids ) just getting into the running stuff or if you just want a REALLY good shoe ? for them .- you'll get a BETTER show, that's for them, & running shoes now are pretty cool designs.- better made shoe than a big box store shoe, there is a difference.”

The staff at Fleet Feet Glendale have been very good to me over the past few years, fitting me out with several pairs of running shoes as well as helping me pick up some clothing for my daughter who is getting into track and cross-country. I am very pleased with how helpful the staff are, and the selection of gear is comprehensive without being overwhelming. I will keep coming back.”

“The employees at Boot Country are extremely nice and extremely knowledgeable. I go to Boot Country for my cowboy hats and boots. They had a good amount of boots size 13 and I was happy about that. I was looking for a pair of unique, distressed looking boots. They had just what I was looking for.
They have a large selection of work clothes and work boots also. Stop in and say hi to Michelle. She really knows what she's doing there and she will treat you right. I always have a great experience there and I already recommend Boot Country to my family and friends.”

“Today I walked in with my mom and we were looking for some volleyball shoes. I looked through the shelves and Jay and Travis were two people working there and helped me and my mom out so much. Didn’t realize how much it would be but it was totally worth it for the experience. Got my Nike shoes cleaned for free and was given variety of options. They talked to us and engaged into all of us and what we were looking for. I tried on three shoes/loved them ALL! they were so adorable and he let me run, walk, and jog around the whole store. My shoes are perfect for my feet and especially since the time they took with me to find the soles for the shoes and everything else. Each shoe they helped me tie, measure, and put on my shoe. Very amazing customer service and highly recommended especially if you’re in a rush to buy shoes that are benefited for you!”
“Doug helped fit me for new ski boots. I am 67 and have arthritis. The store was very busy yet he took his time to explain in detail what type of boot may work and what he can do with my current boots in the meantime that are too big. I bought boots that open from the back that makes them much easier to put on. Doug is helping me with a binding issue as the new boots require different bindings than what I have. All this to say, that he went 'above and beyond' in helping me. Thank you, Doug.”
“It was my first time at Red Wing and was not what I was expecting at all. It is very different than your average shoe store. I had a fantastic experience. Joe at Red Wing was very helpful, and knowlegdable about their boots. He made feel comfortable and was very patient with me while I searched for my perfect boot. After visiting a few other stores, I found myself at Red Wing and am very happy with the service received and Ill definetly be back for my next pair of new boots.”

“Sole Food is a very great sneaker store that provides a lot of different services from great clothing brands, Shoe cleaning and restoring services and so much more. The owner also have great prices and is pretty fair when it comes to buying and selling shoes. If you ever looking for some nice kicks or need your shoes cleaned/restored, I highly recommend you check this place out.”
“I love this store!!! They are under brand new management. The new manager, her name is Jessica, is so attentive, but not intrusive. She asked what I was shopping for and made great suggestions. I have pretty much switched from other plus size stores to The Loft because she is so helpful when I need something specific for my wardrobe. “got my first pair of docs on black friday, my friend came with to help me decide but the employees convinced us both to get some. every single employee was so helpful and friendly, and since i’ve never had docs before they helped me choose between a couple that i liked and told me everything i need to take care of them. i think every person working black friday deserves a raise they were so great!!”
“Staff is super friendly and impeccably creatively dressed. If you ask, they will help you style an item and recommend different pieces if you are going to an event or in search of something to fill a specific need. The store’s curation is beautiful and very contemporary. There are lots of interesting, easily wearable pieces that my eye often doesn’t fall on right away because of how attractive the unusual/textural/sculptural stuff is. The result of the aesthetic mix inspires thinking differently about dressing and styling, even when I don’t pick anything up. Fair warning—some of the price tags are steep, but A) not all of them are that way, and B) higher cost per piece is often the nature of shopping for high quality pieces from small brands and emerging designers who do not have the scale and/or willingness to cut costs on sourcing materials, production processes, labor practices, craftsmanship, or thoughtful design. And you can always wait for a sale—there are very good deals on a lot of cool, niche, sometimes very high-end pieces. Nothing here comes from a 52-micro-season brand. Like its peer boutiques on Vine St (Continuum, TMBTITWI, Sloane), everything at Idlewild has careful thought and artistry behind it. Go, browse, be mindful and open-minded—the people who make up this business are that way themselves.”
“Great customer service with the exception of a couple young ladies. There is a middle-aged blonde woman that you should talk to. She knows everything about the boots the styles and how they should fit and we’ll go above and beyond to help you out. I believe she’s a manager, not the owner. My only complaint is the styles that I usually want for example heritage Roughstock area cowboy boots, They never have them in stock But they will easily order them for you and get them in a timely manner. And I’ve never had a problem with any returns because I don’t beat the hell out of my boots and then try to return them like most people. Or at least the ones that complain on here about that. I would give five stars if it was not for the overpriced jeans and apparel and the customer service of the young ladies that worked there. But it will always be my go to store because of the blonde, middle-aged woman. So whoever you are ma’am, thank you very much for all of your help and guidance.”
“This store was excellent. All the associates were very helpful and attentive. I was quickly given a dressing room and they added my considered clothes to it. All the associates gave advice about the pieces that I tried and hand picked items they thought I would like. I didn’t even go in for jeans but they picked out such a great options I ended up going home with three pairs. The clothes are pricey but the service and quality make it worth it.”
