“I have a medical condition that I was born with that requires me to wear two different sized boots. I work in an industry that goes through boots pretty quickly because of the conditions, making it very difficult to find good boots. I recently bought a second pair of redwing boots and the sales person couldn’t have known that the soles wouldn’t be oil resistant even though they looked identical to the other pair I bought the first time. The GM was kind enough to return them, even though I had already added a 3rd party toe cover that you can’t remove. He was also able to find me a better fitting shoe with the better sole, specifically rated for oil, and wet conditions. I’m up and down a metal ramp all night, and in and out of oily restaurant floors. These boots are awesome for that, and the Eastgate location was more than helpful. I appreciate you guys!”
“I recently had hammer toe surgery. My toes are still a bit swollen. All the other shoes I was wearing hurt my surgery foot. I purchased a pair of Hoka gym shoes. I can now walk without pain. My new gym shoes are wide enough to give me the comfort I needed. I highly recommend these gym shoes to anyone.,”

“I stopped in at Fleet Feet because I didn't know where else to go, one of the best decisions I have made ever. I walk an average of 8-10 miles a day at work and my feet, knees and legs hurt so much everyday. After visiting Fleet Feet and getting a foot scan I was informed so much about my feet that I had no idea was even happening to cause my pain. My new shoes and inserts have made my feet feel amazing! No pain, no aches and my feet feel amazing. My knees stopped hurting my feet and calves no longer ache and hurt. This was a life changing experience for me and I will never go anywhere else.”
“Everyone at this store that I encountered was very nice! I didn't catch her name but the girl that helped me was so kind! she did say that she was new working there. She helped me look for fire retardant clothing and helped me answer my many questions about a pair of pull on steel toe boots lol. But this location has some really good sale deals, and a great variety of work boots!”

Fashion has changed from nice suits and alligator shoes to $500 jewel studded jeans, so they have changed a lot. But this is the spot-great staff, quality products, and a great place to hang out!”
