“So I’ve been with Aaron’s for approximately a little over two years. There was a time where I was between jobs. Billy and his team worked with me; so I could keep my furniture. During that period, I was between jobs. I even told them, to come and get there furniture. Lol But they said no, we’re not gonna take your furniture from you Katey. They continued and worked with me on my payments. I will forever be grateful for their kind hearts and understanding . I also have moved a few times. Billy and his team came to the rescue once again and helped me move my entire bedroom set and tv into my new place. It’s a rarity that you get that kind of Friendship between the customer and a business. Thank you - Katey Torres”
“I had such a great experience with the Ashley distribution center this morning! I received a text from Gillian, who was very kind and curteous, and we were able to hammer out some details and solidfy a pick up time. Once there, they rolled out all the pieces of my sectional and it was loaded on my trailer. The furniture was wrapped with a couple of layers of plastic and some cardboard, which was especially helpful in the pouring down rain. Got everything home, opened up, and it all looked great!”
