“I had visited a Verizon store to talk with someone about upgrading my plan and possibly saving a few bucks each month while at the same time adding a phone to my plan for my son. I ended up at the Macedonia location.
I'm not very tech savvy and trying to decipher the Verizon bill is next to impossible for myself as well as trying to understand plan differences and which would be the best way to go without losing key plan advantages and also what Verizon could offer.
I sat down and talked with a salesperson by the name of Darrian and he couldn't have been more patient and more helpful in helping me to understand how he could help upgrade my plan and yet save money while getting a better improved plan.. He was very easy to talk with and was very patient with all the questions I myself as well as my son had. The entire staff at that store seemed to be very friendly and they all seem to have a good work team environment. Thank you so much Darrian for all your help.”

Whereas at most other stores they seem less interested to help when you aren't spending big buck, He worked with me so I got the best phone/plan within the price range I could afford. “My Android phone was completely locked & I did not have a password to unlock it. Mike tried everything & all kinds of passwords to get it unlocked but everything failed. Finally we decided reset to factory defaults was the best thing to do. He was patient & kind as he not only got the phone unlocked but set up all of my new settings! Everything took a long time because we were trying to save all of my photos. As it turned out, I did lose some of my photos, but not my apps or my contacts. He then went to my Bronco with me & got my phone set up. I was back in business. Thank you Mike & Tony for all that you did to get my phone running again!”

I went in there after spending at least 8 hours on the phones with different AT&T numbers and chats only to be left extremely frustrated after switching 6 lines from T-Mobile to AT&T. I went into the store as a last resort. Should have been my first step.
Louis was eager to help but needed my ID. I was unprepared and did not have it, in my frustration I took out everything on Louis going so far as to swear at him and voice my displeasure in the most unprofessional way. I am embarrassed of my behavior in that moment.
I went home, retrieved my ID, came back and Louis didn't bat an eye. He was ready to help despite my behavior, never so much as a hint of attitude. Solved my problems and got all my numbers moved to the correct phones through a painful 90 minute process.
Props to Louis. If I ever have another issue he'll be the first person I seek out.”
“The staff went overly above and beyond. They were all so patient and attentive. Made the necessary recommendation and made it happen, which allowed for me to get a new phone. I entered the store upset, exited with a huge smile on my face. So shout out to store# 2VSL, if it wasn't for them I'd be back in the same predicament at some point with the same headache of a phone that I initially had. Signed the lady with the zfold flip with the black screen lol. Aye T-Mobile that phone need not be sold anymore, that's the second one that I went thru in 1 year due to the screen going black, so I'd recommend taking that one off the list of phones yall sell!!! But other than that, thank all that assisted me during my visit at store# 2VSL.”

“If u have metro go to the 93rd and Harvard location u won't be disappointed. Ameer is the man in charge and his service is next level!!!!! It was the 4th store I visited before I actually got good help even though I've been with Metro for 10+ years but ya'll trust me on this. Ameer will look out and bless you. Just a heads up prepare to free up a few hrs because if he is busy he's multitasking taking care of multiple people at once but it well worth the wait!!!!! Thanks Ameer, I love my new Moto Edge!!!!!!
