“The store is small but very well lit, clean, and organized. We were greeted immediately by both Mike and Neil. Both of whom are very relaxed and friendly but professional.
My daughter was getting her own phone and account. Neil took extremely good care of her. Explained all options available to her in detail. Neil is also over another location of which he kept getting calls but he was able to seamlessly and expediently take care of both at once.
I didn't expect the thoroughness or professionalism we received just based on a previous experience with another Boost location years ago. I expected for them to try and take her for a ride. HOWEVER, THIS WAS NOT THE CASE. We were both treated very well and taken care of. I will definitely be back. If you're in need of a new plan or phone or just tired of your current service, go see. Neil and Mike at this location and from what I understand, boost is surpassing T-Mobile and Verizon anyway right now and they have some pretty good deals.

“I cracked my phone screen and I was so mad at myself. I called around to several places. I was unimpressed with everyone except for Expo. Chris at Expo was friendly, knowledgeable and explained my options thoroughly so I could make an informed decision. He was careful to let me know the pros and cons. Once I selected an option, he did everything he said he was going to do and did it in a timely fashion. Now my phone is as good as new and if I ever need any phone services, I will definitely be going to Expo!”
“My Android phone was completely locked & I did not have a password to unlock it. Mike tried everything & all kinds of passwords to get it unlocked but everything failed. Finally we decided reset to factory defaults was the best thing to do. He was patient & kind as he not only got the phone unlocked but set up all of my new settings! Everything took a long time because we were trying to save all of my photos. As it turned out, I did lose some of my photos, but not my apps or my contacts. He then went to my Bronco with me & got my phone set up. I was back in business. Thank you Mike & Tony for all that you did to get my phone running again!”

My hopes is that this location remains still and that the people who encounter not so good experiences visit this location! I honestly appreciate the many times I have been given the same courteous attention and time— EVERY TIME! My intentions were just to go inside, pay my bill, and keep it moving… but to my surprise; on many occasions, (someone) noticed that something was on my mind and they found it in their heart to comfort me! In closing, you NEVER KNOW what someone is going through… so if a kind person decides to devote their time to “see about you” … appreciate it! I love this store! I enjoy every moment when I visit! Signed the lady with the zfold flip with the black screen lol. Aye T-Mobile that phone need not be sold anymore, that's the second one that I went thru in 1 year due to the screen going black, so I'd recommend taking that one off the list of phones yall sell!!!
