“My Android phone was completely locked & I did not have a password to unlock it. Mike tried everything & all kinds of passwords to get it unlocked but everything failed. Finally we decided reset to factory defaults was the best thing to do. He was patient & kind as he not only got the phone unlocked but set up all of my new settings! Everything took a long time because we were trying to save all of my photos. As it turned out, I did lose some of my photos, but not my apps or my contacts. He then went to my Bronco with me & got my phone set up. I was back in business. Thank you Mike & Tony for all that you did to get my phone running again!”

“I took my phone in on 6-22-26 to have it looked at for a text messaging issue I was having for about a week. I couldn't send or receive any pictures via text. I use my phone for work alot which requires pictures to be taken and sent and received from me to customers and vice versa. So a week without the ability to text pics and videos was not good. So I call Frank at this location,explained my issue and he told me to bring it in and he'll take care of me. And indeed he did. Frank went through the phone and checked all settings and tested the functions to attempt to remedy the issue. Eventually, he called tech support and they both worked for over an hour testing and checking settings ,functions and features until they got it working. After a network reset and a factory reset to the phone,I'm back in business. So I want to thank both Frank and Total wireless's tech support for fixing my issue. I would definitely recommend Total Wireless. They have great phone plans and greater customer service.”

“I went through the process of trading in two phones and upgrading to the new iPhone 17 pro. We worked with Aiden at the Northfield/Macedonia store and he was the most patient and knowledgeable associate! He took his time and also went as far as writing directions down so that we knew what to do setting the phone to its original settings! I would absolutely recommend him at this store or the Brecksville store for your Verizon needs! He was excellent!”

“I came into the store with a complicated issue that had to do with transferring my phone lines to another account without losing promotional credits. I had been previously working with different people NOT associated with this location, and was told false and conflicting information at every turn. This became ongoing and so stressful after some time, but coming into this location, Jehyfi completely turned that around for us.
I am SO happy we had Jehyfi helping us. He worked so hard to make sure this issue got resolved and went above and beyond for us. I can't really say enough good things. It's just so clear that he is genuine, knowledgable, and really cares. 10/10 recommend this location, especially working with Jey.”
“I've honestly never had an easier, more efficient and professional switch to any service provider than the one I had at the T Mobile inside of the Boston Heights Costco. Alex helped me from start to finish, communicated through text on updates and was always available to answer any questions. The switch from AT&T took less than 20 minutes and since our phones were paid off it cost nothing. $0. We are now saving over half of what we were spending on internet and $30 less on our phone lines. Not to mention the $400 per line gift card AND the $75 per line Costco gift card. It's a literal no -brainer and with top notch service from guys like Alex, it was an easy choice.”

The price was something I could afford and they switched all the data from my old phone quickly. Their hours at present are 11am Mon-Sat and 11am to 4pm on Sunday! They are very accessible!
