I told him that I didn’t need all the bells and whistles because I’m not the most tech passionate persons and he didn’t try to upsell me on anything. “The staff went overly above and beyond. They were all so patient and attentive. Made the necessary recommendation and made it happen, which allowed for me to get a new phone. I entered the store upset, exited with a huge smile on my face. So shout out to store# 2VSL, if it wasn't for them I'd be back in the same predicament at some point with the same headache of a phone that I initially had. Signed the lady with the zfold flip with the black screen lol. Aye T-Mobile that phone need not be sold anymore, that's the second one that I went thru in 1 year due to the screen going black, so I'd recommend taking that one off the list of phones yall sell!!! But other than that, thank all that assisted me during my visit at store# 2VSL.”
“Louis Lee is the man.
I went in there after spending at least 8 hours on the phones with different AT&T numbers and chats only to be left extremely frustrated after switching 6 lines from T-Mobile to AT&T. I went into the store as a last resort. Should have been my first step.
Louis was eager to help but needed my ID. I was unprepared and did not have it, in my frustration I took out everything on Louis going so far as to swear at him and voice my displeasure in the most unprofessional way. I am embarrassed of my behavior in that moment.
I went home, retrieved my ID, came back and Louis didn't bat an eye. He was ready to help despite my behavior, never so much as a hint of attitude. Solved my problems and got all my numbers moved to the correct phones through a painful 90 minute process.
Props to Louis. If I ever have another issue he'll be the first person I seek out.”

Instead of avoiding the stores, I know I can go there and get excellent customer service, intelligent answers and no lies.I usually use the Garfield heights store and this time around, Jay was the rep that handled all of my needs today with Efficiency and with Courtesy.”

My hopes is that this location remains still and that the people who encounter not so good experiences visit this location! I honestly appreciate the many times I have been given the same courteous attention and time— EVERY TIME! My intentions were just to go inside, pay my bill, and keep it moving… but to my surprise; on many occasions, (someone) noticed that something was on my mind and they found it in their heart to comfort me!
