My hopes is that this location remains still and that the people who encounter not so good experiences visit this location! I entered the store upset, exited with a huge smile on my face. So shout out to store# 2VSL, if it wasn't for them I'd be back in the same predicament at some point with the same headache of a phone that I initially had. Signed the lady with the zfold flip with the black screen lol. Aye T-Mobile that phone need not be sold anymore, that's the second one that I went thru in 1 year due to the screen going black, so I'd recommend taking that one off the list of phones yall sell!!! But other than that, thank all that assisted me during my visit at store# 2VSL.”
“This Verizon store is hands down the best, and the staff is 100% the reason why. My first visit was with Rachel, and I wasn’t the only customer in the store calling out her exceptional service. She made everything simple, clear, and completely stress free, and handled my phone transfer perfectly.
When I came back the next day to trade in my phone, I met Vino and Theresa, and they were just as awesome! Vino walked me through the trade in process and made me feel totally confident, while Theresa was chatting with both of us and keeping the energy fun and welcoming even while helping another customer. The vibes in this store are unmatched: chill, professional, and genuinely friendly.
If you need anything Verizon related, I can’t recommend this location enough. Ask for Rachel, Vino, or Theresa! All three were incredible and absolutely deserve recognition and a raise!!”
