She seems happy to just help customers. She makes sure to customers get the best deal. She’s not like other workers at the other metro stores. This Metro by T-Mobile store is the best in town. And Lexi makes going inside the store a breeze!”

“Very happy being a T-Mobile customer. All of their locations are excellent but I do have a favorite. My favorite is the store on Brookpark Road and Ridge Road in Parma.
Even if their parking lot is full, they move fast and efficiently taking excellent care of their customers.
I thought that I was going to be that difficult to handle customer today but surprise surprise....my issue was quickly identified, fixed and I was on my way quicker than I ever have been in the past. I need to note. This issue had been attempted to be solved by a dedicated Apple store numerous times within the past few weeks with no solution! Exceptionally happy with the customer service today.”

“I tried going to the Aaron's store close to my house on Lorain Rd. in Cleveland since I moved out of Parma Hts. Big mistake. The Aaron's in Parma was the best place to go and I have been their customer for many years. I'll drive the distance to come back to an amazing store with wonderful customer service and delivery.”
