“I had terrible dealings with T-Mobile customer care over the phone for 10 days over a lot of issues with my account. We started a new phone plan as our present one was being retired, and I was told we qualified for new phones through a promo they had. Over the course of 10 days or more I was given many different answers, and promises, by numerous people and after 10 days or so I was told we didn't qualify for the phones after all and it was a mistake. My account was so messed up by the end of all of this I wanted to cancel everything and go somewhere else. I ended up going to this T-Mobile store in Parma and had the best service and help ever. Frank looked after us at first and was very friendly and helpful but it was something his manager Ramon had to sort out. I want to commend the store manager Ramon. He was the best and extremely helpful. He spent a lot of time with us and sorted out the complete mess I had from customer care. I can't say enough about him and his staff and the service we got. If I could give him 10 stars I would. I will definitely go back to his store instead of dealing with people over the phone.”
“I was with Cox for 6 years. I moved in with my now husband and he already had another provider but I never had issues with Cox. I had a promotional discount for 2 years and then I called to receive the same promo and they gave it to me for another 2 years. There were minimal outages but nothing that ever affected my work. I’d highly recommend them and would use their service again.”
