“I’ve been a loyal Kohl’s customer for many years, and I have found some great items at an awesome discount that have become staples in my closet. I found the Sephora associates on the afternoon of 06/01/24 very friendly and helpful, and I was very impressed by my cashier at checkout, associate Lexi. Lexi was very friendly, had a great willing-to-help attitude, and did a wonderful job bagging my items quickly and efficiently, making sure to remove all security clips by double checking each item, which is very important to me because in the past I’ve had to return to the store to have rogue tags removed.”

“I always love Marshalls for the fact you can find some pretty well
known brands at a lower than retail price. The Medina store recently changed their shoe setup and display and ever since then I haven't been able to find shoes there like I used to. I don't know if it's the inventory they got in at the moment or if it's just the way that it's displayed. I feel like the shoe section looked better and was much easier to navigate the way it was prior. I know inventory comes in and its hit or miss but ever since moving things around its been a miss.”

“This is one of my favorite stores, a large assortment of clothes, good prices, I always buy quality and stylish shoes for my children. Also a large assortment of cosmetics, hair care, a good selection of women's bags, well, how can we not mention the department with toys that we never miss, as well as everything necessary for the home. There is also a lot necessary for animals)”

“Macy's has stepped their game up! In addition to the many great deals and discounts they have, the employees are much more friendlier in the last couple of visits- everyone smiling, saying Hi-they must have new leadership because Customer Service is back at Macy's in Strongsville-”
“Has the best junior formal dress selection we've found so far, slightly disorganized but that is to be expected when there are tons of young ladies in a rush to find the perfect dress for whatever event they have coming up. The associates were very helpful and even held a dress for us that we picked up later in the evening. We ended up picking two dresses, and both were very affordable and absolutely stunning. The only thing we weren't a huge fan of is the fact that some of the dressing room door slats were broken, and we thought they should replace the doors with something more solid so it feels more private.”
“I visited my favorite store, JC Penny, but this time in Ohio (store # 2683) on the BlackFriday. The associate, Mr. Shane (0574), greeted us with a friendly approach. He has not pressured us to get the card or to sell it to us. But he explained the benefits of the JCPenney Card to us. I smiled and took out my JCP card. He smiled back, “There you go.” he was pleased with it. When my wife wanted a different color of bedsheet pack, he checked and ordered it online. It made us feel happy. He took our details and said it will arrive on our city store soon. He also gave Black Friday savings. It is pleasing to shop more when you have Greetings associate at the counter. In fact he and his colleagues in that counter helped us in finding products.I know JCPenney's history and its continuing legacy of the founder, James Cash Penney. Their service-oriented guiding principles is unique to every JCP associate. There is no doubt that these values have been well followed by Mr. Shane. Associates like him are forefront of the JCP’s service and continuely guide the JCPenny. I am pleased to recommend to shop at JCpenny.”
“Couple of hickups with a recent purchase. While one issue was the manufacturer's fault and unresolvable, the other problems was graciously corrected by Gina, Store manager. How refreshing to encounter customer service that is effective. I know my personal experience that working with the public (especially in this self aggrandizing era), can be unnerving. She impressed me as competent and considerate.”
“Employees are beyond kind, knowledgeable, friendly, and good people. The store is large. Nice bathrooms, decent parking. I've only been to Kohl's a few times in my life.”

“I usually do curbside pick up and the employees are always SO nice and quick! Today I had to go into the store to pick up and was waiting at the customer service desk and overheard Lisa taking care of a customer, noticing a long line at Starbucks and requested help, and also dealt with a customer that was a little rude but she had a smile the whole time! Naseem helped me today and he’s always so polite. I just wanted to leave a good review to recognize how I see these people often and they’re always friendly and make target runs a pleasant experience. Thank you!”
“Went there to find Vaseline and found it so easy! the stores lighting is not too harsh it’s calming the staff is helpful and nice. they have really good selection of food and personal care products. there home section is a 10! My favorite store.”

“I was not a big Target guy with some of the recent questionable clothing lines, but they did right that, IMO. Went their for the cell phone plans and met DeShaun in electronics! He knew in detail the specific pros/cons to each plan I was stunned cause my wife won't shop w me as I ask many questions, but DeShawn is able to give the details! Was well worth my time. Other staff (Dennis) were v. helpful. The store is busy for a reason, I will visit again.”

“Great selection and layout I used to visit this location a lot but I live further now and have not visited in awhile. I loved the new layout. The store is bright and spacious. Great selection of items from kids toys to home items. They even have a great food selection. There prices still seem higher than some other big box stores but you are still able to find some good deals. There was one register to have a person ring you out the rest is self serve. They had clean restrooms.”

“As expected during the Christmas season Walmart was extremely busy. But with that said. Every cashier station was in operation. Now I've been to many Walmarts band I've never seen them all running. This was awesome to be able to get in and out in a very fast amount of time. The staff was friendly and helpful.”
“I love going here. This is for sure a one stop shop. The fact that you can get cheap groceries, household items, and clothes in one spot makes it the place to go. The front isles always have seasonal items for convenience so you don't have to search all over for them. Around Christmas the lines can get crazy, but I was lucky to find a line that was short. They were actually staffed perfectly to where almost every cashier line was open which is normally challenging with covid and lack of staff everywhere.”

“This Walmart is pretty good compared to some that I've been in. I typically use the self checkout, which saves me time. I don't usually grocery shop here, but I might start because it is only 12 minutes away from home. The concerns I have are that they don't carry Goya products, which we consume regularly. They also don't carry the low-sodium Great Value potato and tortilla chips. They have most of the other items that I've grown accustomed to at my previous Walmarts, however. The store is clean and I haven't noticed merchandise laying in the aisles, which is a plus, and probably a fire hazard. Interestingly, there are two electric car chargers in the parking lot. Granted, I haven't seen anyone using them, but it's a cool feature. I've tried to use the auto center, but that place is jam packed, even at 8 AM on Weekends. I'm trying to decide if this or the Wadsworth location will be my go-to Walmart. I've been grocery shopping at the Wadsworth location, which also doesn't carry Goya and low-sodium Great Value stuff. Because this location is slightly closer to home, I may go here for groceries. Decisions, decisions.”
