He bent over backwards tonight to help me get my new phone to pair with my car's android auto after 3 hours at the car dealership where they could not help me. He solved the problem. I can do my consulting work and GPS in my car again. He was kind and patient and totally focused on the solution. He would be an asset to any company. “Went into Best Buy to purchase a TV. The purchase went Flawless salesman was more than helpful in finding a model that suited my needs. I was looking for something cheap but had good quality. Thing that I was going to put in an enclosed trailer that is like a hurricane on Wheels I wanted something that could take a little bit of a beating. Went with an open box Hisense u7k. Being that it was open box got it for less than half price. About the only problem was they forgot to wrap it up and I had to wait around for about an hour. After going back inside and notifying them that I've been waiting they immediately helped bring it out and put it in the truck.”
“I had a great experience here. My family member needed a floor lamp fixed - the socket with the on/off switch had been damaged. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Initially they said they’d have the lamp ready in a couple of days, but we were going to be out of town for the week so they got everything repaired within just a few hours! Pricing was very affordable and the service was fantastic!”
“There is a recent negative review of this store complaining about needing the T-life app to purchase or upgrade a phone. While annoying, that is no fault of the employees at the retail stores. I had to jump through many hoops to upgrade my phone, but Abby was extremely helpful and patient in explaining the process and walked me through every step. Seriously amazing. If you are unsure what you need to do or what the process entails, I highly suggest you call or visit the store BEFORE you plan on purchasing a new phone so you can have your ducks in a row and make the process as smooth as possible. Again, NOT the fault of the employees, they are just following policy! Once I had everything in place, the process of upgrading was quite simple and didn’t take long at all. Abby explained differences between iPhones so I could make an informed decision on which model was best for my needs. I never felt pressured to purchase the most expensive or latest model. Kevin got all of my data and information transferred from my old phone and let me know about features on my new iPhone. I did purchase some accessories that were comparably priced to what I’d find at other stores, and I felt good leaving the store with a case and screen protector on my new phone. This store also has an employee that speaks Spanish which was nice to see!”
“I love Costco. Since it's conveniently located in the town where we live., I can recoup all fees for the cost of membership since gas is consistently cheaper there than by other gas station around. The food options are numerous and if you're not great at math, use the calculator for n your phone to see if the bulk options are actually a cost savings. Staples we buy there included laundry and dishwasher soap, vitamins and supplements, and coffee. $5 for a fully cooked rotisserie chicken? Crazy. Walk the aisles, take in some samples and save some money.”

“I was not a big Target guy with some of the recent questionable clothing lines, but they did right that, IMO. Went their for the cell phone plans and met DeShaun in electronics! He knew in detail the specific pros/cons to each plan I was stunned cause my wife won't shop w me as I ask many questions, but DeShawn is able to give the details! Was well worth my time. Other staff (Dennis) were v. helpful. The store is busy for a reason, I will visit again.”

“I usually do curbside pick up and the employees are always SO nice and quick! Today I had to go into the store to pick up and was waiting at the customer service desk and overheard Lisa taking care of a customer, noticing a long line at Starbucks and requested help, and also dealt with a customer that was a little rude but she had a smile the whole time! Naseem helped me today and he’s always so polite. I just wanted to leave a good review to recognize how I see these people often and they’re always friendly and make target runs a pleasant experience. Thank you!”
“Our home security system stopped working and I traced the issue to a blown fuse (a 1A 125V fuse originally made by LITTELFUSE from what must have been the 1980s). I searched other large online retailers for a similar fuse but couldn't find one with the right amperage and voltage combination; other retailers also didn't specify size. Not only was I able to find fuses with all the right specs from National Fuse, but they were even made by the same original company LITTELFUSE! <$1 each with no minimum orders! I bought a few extras to make the ~$15 shipping cost worthwhile. Really comprehensive catalogue. Highly recommend, even for small orders.”

“Hey guys, this was my very first time at this location. I only went in because I had to use the bathroom extremely bad however I needed a few items and so I went shopping for them. My son needed some rice water for his hair. He found that at an affordable price and I came across some other items that I didn’t go for, but couldn’t pass up like the table lamp that was on sale for less than five dollars and the cute straw toppers. The bathroom was really clean. The store was clean. There was an employee that helped us find what we were looking for she was extremely nice! The lines were not long and checkout was a breeze. If ever in that area again, I would visit that target… again.”
“Last weekend we had decided we were going to add my girlfriend to my existing one line plan and see what we could upgrade to that was affordable. We both prefer iPhone and we were both overdue for an upgrade. I’ve been with Verizon for 3 years and prefer them as they are the most reliable service. Mannan kindly greeted us at the door as soon as we entered. He kindly explained what options they could provide that was ideal for us. I was initially surprised because past experiences in phone stores have been insufferable. We’re not picky and try to always be reasonable. As someone who works in customer service I understand how important it is to make sure people feel comfortable and confident in your ability to perform your job. He was very kind and professional. I did not once feel like he was being too pushy or sell us things we didn’t need. Everything was smooth and relatively effortless on our end as far as the activation/upgrade process. That’s all I could ask for when having to do these menial tasks that sometimes turn into a nightmare if there’s poor communication. We will certainly plan on continuing to use Verizon in the future and recommend this store to others.”
