“I did a crap ton of research on products I required for my new computer system. I thought I was going to end up driving waayyy out to the east side, but, I decided to check out Best Buy first to see if they had everything I needed. THEY DID! And to top things off I had a personal shopper who assisted me in finding everything and he even reminded me of stuff I had completely forgotten about looking for. Needless to say, they were my one-stop-shop so I didn't go to the other place. I got a lot more for a lot less than I had expected I was going to pay. I just want to take a moment to recognize someone who truly deserves to be appreciated—Kiara, the store manager in Berea.
Every time I came into the store, Kiara was absolutely phenomenal. She was always professional, respectful, kind, and genuinely pleasant. No matter what request or question we had, she handled everything with patience and made sure we felt heard and valued as customers.
There is one moment that has always stuck with me. I remember being in the store when a customer was extremely rude, and I watched how Kiara handled the situation. She remained calm, respectful, and professional throughout the entire interaction. She never allowed someone else's behavior to change the way she treated them. That says so much about the kind of leader and person she is.
True customer service is not just about doing your job—it is about how you make people feel. Kiara has a way of making people feel welcomed, respected, and taken care of. In all my experiences as a customer, I can honestly say I have rarely seen someone provide customer service at the level she does.
I am genuinely sad that Kiara is moving to another location, because the Berea store is losing an incredible manager. But I am also so happy for her and hope her new location knows just how lucky they are to have her.
Kiara, thank you for everything you have done and for the way you treat people. You are truly phenomenal, and your professionalism, kindness, and leadership do not go unnoticed. You will definitely be missed in Berea! ❤”

“I love Costco. Since it's conveniently located in the town where we live., I can recoup all fees for the cost of membership since gas is consistently cheaper there than by other gas station around. The food options are numerous and if you're not great at math, use the calculator for n your phone to see if the bulk options are actually a cost savings. Staples we buy there included laundry and dishwasher soap, vitamins and supplements, and coffee. $5 for a fully cooked rotisserie chicken? Crazy. Walk the aisles, take in some samples and save some money.”
“Target seems to be upgrading its store in (Medina, Oh) and the cleanliness and brightness offered a pleasant shopping experience. Hope they increase selections of kitchen towels and utensils.”
“Our home security system stopped working and I traced the issue to a blown fuse (a 1A 125V fuse originally made by LITTELFUSE from what must have been the 1980s). I searched other large online retailers for a similar fuse but couldn't find one with the right amperage and voltage combination; other retailers also didn't specify size. Not only was I able to find fuses with all the right specs from National Fuse, but they were even made by the same original company LITTELFUSE! <$1 each with no minimum orders! I bought a few extras to make the ~$15 shipping cost worthwhile. Really comprehensive catalogue. Highly recommend, even for small orders.”

“This isn’t going to be a normal review- I ended up locking my keys and my phone in my car while I was getting gas. I ran inside, I was a mess, I was frantic and honestly the employee was who helped bring me back to reality. I didn’t get his name, but he was so nice and calm. He let me use their phone, pulled up a towing company so I could call. He informed me how much it is for semis when they lock their keys out of their car so I knew a range. He was just very knowledgeable and kind. Genuinely appreciate the hospitality I recieved when my mind was going a million miles a minute.
