“Our home security system stopped working and I traced the issue to a blown fuse (a 1A 125V fuse originally made by LITTELFUSE from what must have been the 1980s). I searched other large online retailers for a similar fuse but couldn't find one with the right amperage and voltage combination; other retailers also didn't specify size. Not only was I able to find fuses with all the right specs from National Fuse, but they were even made by the same original company LITTELFUSE!”

“Ihad a very fabulous experience at Metro by T-Mobile! Sree was absolutely amazing — very professional, patient, and friendly. From the moment I walked in, Sree made sure I felt welcomed and taken care of. Sree clearly explained how to use the myMetro app, how the Tuesday offers work, and helped me understand all my plan options so I could choose the best one for my needs. There was no pressure, just honest and helpful service. The whole process was smooth, quick, and stress-free. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service Sree provided. I highly recommend this location and especially recommend asking for Sree if you visit! Keep up the fabulous work!”

“Kirk has always had what we have needed for batteries at a good price. But their crew was always gruff and grumpy. However, in the last few visits, they have really turned around their attitudes and service. We've always shopped here for batteries but now can do so without dreading our interactions!”

“It's a nice store with great customer service.the plans are affordable however the company charges 5 dollor fee to pay in person with cash. Online via debit which I don't want to do dosent charge that fee. If you want more possible business you need people in your stores. You should not penalize us for paying cash in person . Your making enough money on your phone sales and monthly billing. You are also tied in with Tmobile. So your pricing should be good across the board on everything not greedy.”

“I searched online for a high-end sound system, and one company really stood out over everyone else. I contacted them, and from the first moment in speaking with them, I was so impressed with their knowledge, creativity, and customer service. I could already see why everyone raves about them. The amount of time, and patience they put into just designing the system is remarkable. Throughout the entire process, I was continually surprised, shocked, and beyond impressed, and just when you thought they could not surprise you more, they do! The level of communication far exceeds anything I have ever experienced in all the years of dealing with different companies. From start to finish, day and night, they were so personal, so down to earth, that you completely forget that you are even talking to a company. 110% best customer experience ever!”

“I want to thank Abe again for the service I got today. I wasn't sure if I was going to buy today, I did not have a lot of time, but wanted to stop to check out prices. Punched out of work at 4pm, pulled into my driveway by 5:07pm! In between he explained all my options, the phones I was interested in and transferred my contacts and photos. Quick and painless! Spent less than I thought I would have to as well. Thanks ✌️”

“Lexi is great with every customer I have ever seen her assist! She has great customer service, great communication skills, and a very great work ethic. She always has a smile on her face. She seems happy to just help customers. She makes sure to customers get the best deal. She’s not like other workers at the other metro stores. This Metro by T-Mobile store is the best in town. And Lexi makes going inside the store a breeze!”

“Very nice and welcoming staff. When I mentioned I found a better deal at Walmart, they even tried to price match it. Way better than GameStop, who won’t price match or give any deals on games that are 4–5 years old. Great customer service and a much better experience overall!”

“I chose the Best Buy “Geek Squad” to install a Uniden radar detector (R8W - New Model), plus a Redtiger dash cam (F17Elite). They were installed in 2 separate visits, over the course of a couple of weeks, due to scheduling. The Best Buy technician who installed both units was Agent Tim. I found Tim to be very patient, very knowledgeable, very professional, and very conscientious. It was my good fortune that he worked on my vehicle! Tim is a great ambassador for the Best Buy brand, and I hope that management recognizes him. Now, the Uniden radar detector has operated flawlessly. No issues. It works out of the box, exactly as advertised. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the Redtiger dash cam. While the front, rear, and cabin cameras work (as advertised) when my vehicle is moving, the Parking Mode function is inconsistent. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Agent Tim installed the dash cam correctly. I am frustrated beyond belief. The only saving grace is that the Redtiger customer service team is absolutely passionate about resolving the issue with the Parking Mode. I have spoken to Emerson on the phone, and I’ve exchanged emails with Emma. They have been outstanding in terms of trying to resolve the issue, and they are truly customer-focused and driven in their eagerness to deliver a solution. I can’t say enough about their genuine desire to get this Parking Mode issue remedied. I’ll update this Review as needed, especially if I get caught-up in a “he said/she said” between Redtiger and Best Buy, which I don’t anticipate…”

“I had an issue caused by MetroPCS via shipping (UPS). I purchased service through MetroPCS which included a new phone. That phone was not delivered to my address. It has been since December 31 in which I paid for a full month of service. It is January 23 and still no phone. I’ve contacted MetroPCS a dozen times to which agents said they’d contact me back in 24 hours with no answer ever coming. I finally got someone from Metro via their Facebook page, but they still require 8-10 business days to investigate the package. Metro deactivated my current and only phone line that I run my business from. Michael at the Lakewood store helped me more than the agent on the phone I was also speaking with. Due to his service and position within the company he was able to contact a higher up in the company who walked me through regaining service on my phone, albeit with Metro instead of my former service provider. I thank Michael for all his help untie over hour plus I was in his store. He has a new customer due to his patience and kindness to me. I highly recommend you visit his store for all your connectivity needs.”
