“Very convenient Location near other stores I frequent on a regular basis. Was a lucky find. It is too bad that the storefront does not face the large plaza area where all the customers are for other stores, because unless you would have a reason to come around to the back of their building, you would not know the store was even there. I highly recommend if extra signage is allowed, to do something on the plaza-facing side of the building much larger than what is currently there. The staff is very knowledgeable and the “in and out” for dealing with them has been very efficient. Much nicer than the long, long waits at some other Verizon locations in the area. Angela, the store manager, deserves an extra gold star for handling several equipment crises that developed for my husband and I back in October when we were literally at her front door with the engine running trying to leave on vacation and make it to a hotel destination 200 miles away on time. She saved the day and the trip!”

“This cricket location is the best!! It's a new location it moved from 30th st plaza to east 62 plaza the new address is 2128 Columbus Road NE Canton, OH 44705. I had Melissa she is the new manager and she has manged to make the phone buying experience one to remember. I normally have buyers remorse not after visiting this store and meeting Melissa who is the absolute best. Not to mention as I was leaving a customer was walking in and I learned Melissa also speaks Spanish so she is truly there to help everyone. And not only was my experience at the store was great the service is the best I've ever had compared to boost and metro. “I just had the most amazing experience with Lexi and Heather transferring our family plan from another cellular provider. It help that we had done our homework before the visit. Our wait to see them was within 5 minutes of walking in the door. Lexi greeted with a warm smile! As my husband and I are not very tech savvy, the gals spent the time educating us ie, difference between the generations of iPods. If you are reading this review, I would definitely recommend this location for your cellular needs and 5-star customer service!”

“So it's just a cell phone store where they sell phones and stuff right. Well I went in Saturday and Devon and the staff there just drastically improved the quality of my life and my family's lives while saving me a ton of money. I had Verizon and let the poor quality go because I had home Internet until recently when we discovered our slumlord hadn't paid the bill in months. After that and because there was a bill at the residence we were out of luck. I came in and explained that I'm a full time student and I work and my wife is from over seas and in about 30 minutes I had two new phones with unlimited 5G Internet for less than my next Verizon bill with their terrible phones. School just started back and they really saved me and kept us in touch with our family everywhere. Thank you so much guys you are appreciated”

“This location is larger than the Chapel hill location. On this day they had approximately 10 working the floor. Even with that we still experienced around a 30 minute wait. The staff was attentive and addressed all of our issues they assisted us in every manor. This location has restrooms. I can’t understand hours how the others don’t.
Parking was plentiful and the parking lot was cleared from the recent snow fall.
When we found out that we needed a new phone they had the phone that we needed stock.”
