“JACEN FOUT was my Salesman a couple of weeks ago. He was so much help! As I am a Senior Citizen, ... I don't know what many of the buttons are for. Plus I changed from Apple 11 to Samsung 14 and they are NOT THE SAME. He warned me beforehand, and asked me if I was SURE. So it was totally my fault! His patience with me was unbelievable. Well after 2 weeks with my new Phone, I went back to the store in downtown Massillon , and luckily Jacen was on duty. He remembered me and asked me how he can help. I had 3 or 4 things that were simple....but I forgot how they work. He's so very nice to people.....even me!! Thanks Jacen.”
