“I have been to this location two times in less than four years with phones that had crashed completely. Andy was able to get me set up with my new phone, get everything transferred, and found a reasonable plan for my financial situation. I was very concerned and worried about everything getting transferred over but he had no trouble with assisting me with my Apple ID and iCloud and everything was transferred over successfully. This will be the only place that I ever go for any Verizon issues/new phones”
