“Stopped in to purchase a new iPhone, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Jason was super friendly, knowledgeable, and made the upgrade process quick and easy. He answered all of my questions without being pushy and made sure everything was set up before I left. Great customer service—I’d definitely recommend Jason and this Verizon location!”

“I do not like going into any phone store whatsoever! The North Canton store (In the Acme Plaza) was very clean and nice . What base my experience so nice was Dj the sales associate . He knows the products , the sales and how to get a best deal for our needs . He can multitask like no other ! He was the only person working and at one time 5 different people came in . He greeted everyone and while waiting on our phones to download he tried to help the others to see what they would be needing . And the phone was ringing ! He handled it all and was very pleasant and professional . AT&T has a fantastic employee. If I were them , I would make sure to hang onto him !”

“Mick was a straight shooter hassle free working on giving me the info. Compare it to normal time I was fairly quick in and out 5 stars on the rep 2 star on the companys behalf due did not have the phone in stock. Also the business needs to hire more help and not just have mick in there due to security of customer data risks. Mick had to transfer a customers data in front of me to help me quickly and in reasonable time”

“Dave the manager is an ANGEL!!!! He helped us through a very tough situation after getting little to no help from the online representatives and even after reaching out to another AT&T location regarding a trade in. We are beyond grateful for him and his great personality. He turned a stressful situation into a pleasant one.”

“Had a great experience this evening buying appliances. Price matched without a question and the sales associate wasn't at all pushy, looked up information we asked for, and took his time with us. The manager was also very helpful. This experience means we will be back to buy the additional appliances that we still need! Thank you!!”

“My salesman was more worried about cleaning his shoes than helping. I even asked him if he was getting paid to clean his shoes. He replied that he was and that it was important because they were new.”
