I was treated with the best customer service and Andy helped me transfer my service from that other purple company. I went to a different Boost store and the service was like night and day . Even when you you go to different types of places you don't get this type of help as long as you have patience. This was awesome.”

“My wife and I stopped by the Brimfield store as she was needingTo upgrade her telephone. We were greeted upon entering by a young gentleman named Ethan. The store is well kept and the displays were simple and accessible. We told him what she needed and he took it from there. We not only got her a new phone, but a case and charger as well. We were completely finished within 35 minutes( transfer time for the two phones. I recommend this store.”

“I just want to say the manager at this store is amazing! I ordered a phone online. That was a horrible mistake. My phone never arrived and was lost during shipping. I tried calling the common Boost phone number for customer service. A man from over seas answered and I explained what happened. He told me there was nothing he could do, hung up on me and blocked my number so I couldn't call back. I decided to go right to the store. The manager at Canton Rd was wonderful. She spent 2-1/2 hours helping me get in touch with someone who actually helped me and set-up a new phone for me. Even staying a half hour after they closed to make sure I had a phone. She is nothing short of incredible and I don't know what I would have done without her!!!!!!”

“This Costco opened on August 1, 2023. You can certainly tell it is a brand new store - it still sparkles! There were a lot of good mark downs and deals throughout the store. My home Costco is Strongsville and this location had items our store had sold out of months ago. Food court has the classic items but something that was nice was a worker was actively sweeping and disinfecting tables as people got up. So nice! I love being a Costco member :)”
