“I went into this store because the charging port on my iPhone 15 plus would not hold a charge. This phone is paid off and otherwise in great condition. I have been having issues with the cord staying in the port lately. On the last day of vacation I dropped my phone on the beach and it had not held a charge since. I was dreading getting a new phone since this one is paid off.
Shelby took a decent amount of time to help clean the port out rather than instantly try to sell me a new phone. I used to work at Verizon so I know how it goes. My current phone now holds the cord in and charges successfully. I will definitely be bringing my business here when it is time to make any future purchases.”

“Excellent service by Eternity at the N. Main St. & Tallmadge Ave. Metro Store. We live in Barberton, but when we need to visit a store we go to this location just to be helped by Eternity. My wife & I both needed new phones as our batteries were wearing out. We met Eternity before at this store and told her the models we desired. Eternity went to work locating the phones, contacted us in a couple of days and then called letting us know she was ready. Excellent customer service from Eternity! Highly recommend this employee and this store!! TY Steve & Jan!”
“Justin is next level. From the moment I walked in, he was laser-focused on helping me, all while assisting another customer and mentoring Benji, who appeared to be a new hire. Despite juggling multiple responsibilities, Justin remained calm, professional, and completely customer-focused.
This was the exact opposite of my experience at two other Verizon stores a few weeks earlier. I happened to be in the area for work, stopped in on a whim to upgrade my phone, and I'm incredibly glad I did.

I've seen many different faces work there over the years but Anthony is the foundation to this location's success. He's the reason I switched from Verizon back to AT&T. “I came in there today.( I have a head injury ) Bought a phone at a different store day before had trouble getting it turned on. I went in this store and lizzy I think was her name . She had it figured out in 15 min. She took a ton of stress off me I broke down emotional. She is awesome ,patient and knows what she's doing . If you're going to Metro. Go here. “This cricket location is the best!! It's a new location it moved from 30th st plaza to east 62 plaza the new address is 2128 Columbus Road NE Canton, OH 44705. I had Melissa she is the new manager and she has manged to make the phone buying experience one to remember. I normally have buyers remorse not after visiting this store and meeting Melissa who is the absolute best. Not to mention as I was leaving a customer was walking in and I learned Melissa also speaks Spanish so she is truly there to help everyone. And not only was my experience at the store was great the service is the best I've ever had compared to boost and metro. “A big shout out to Cody B for the exceptional service yesterday. I brought in my 90 and 91 year old in-laws to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile and upgrade their phones. I expected the process to be complimented and time -consuming but Cody made it seamless. Cody was incredibly patient, professional, respectful, and genuinely kind. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made my in-laws feel comfortable and valued throughout the process. He transferred all information, canceled their Verizon service, enrolled them in auto pay, and ensured they left with phones that were ready to use. Great job!”
