“Harvey was AMAZING!! He SAVED my job interview!! After speaking with my previous provider at LENGTH, troubleshooting issues I was experiencing with internet and cellular services and being promised they would work. I found myself unable to use the internet on any of my devices, scrambling, and having to do the virtual interview via phone-which of course had intermittent issues as well where she couldn’t hear me at random points and had to call me from another phone to try and improve connection. By the grace of God they eventually were able to hear me and they offered me a follow up interview moving forward in the interview process-for the NEXT DAY. By this time it’s 5pm and I have a commitment at 6pm that will go until after all the stores are closed. I have one hour to get a new provider to secure my next interview with the hiring manager because I have to be at work before any stores that can help me would open. HARVEY WAS AMAZING! I walked in and explained the situation. Harvey had just clocked out and was supposed to leave but heard about my situation and stayed to help me. Not only did he stay but he was quick, efficient, professional, and made the transition seamlessly! Even though he knew I didn’t care because I was desperate and on a time crunch, he still made it a point to keep me fully informed and give me all the information without trying to upsell me while he quickly worked through the transfer process. I really appreciated that. I have NEVER had such a quick and pleasant experience regarding a phone carrier-EVER!! Everyone knows it’s ALWAYS a pain and takes FOREVER. I am going to stay with AT&T because I know if I ever have any issues I can go in to my very local AT&T store and speak to him and it won’t be hours of my time and oodles of frustration. Also I had the follow up interview the next day and everything went great, now I’m just waiting to hear back- regardless of the outcome I’m so grateful to Harvey for making it a possibility!”

“Very convenient Location near other stores I frequent on a regular basis. Was a lucky find. It is too bad that the storefront does not face the large plaza area where all the customers are for other stores, because unless you would have a reason to come around to the back of their building, you would not know the store was even there. I highly recommend if extra signage is allowed, to do something on the plaza-facing side of the building much larger than what is currently there. The staff is very knowledgeable and the “in and out” for dealing with them has been very efficient. Much nicer than the long, long waits at some other Verizon locations in the area. Angela, the store manager, deserves an extra gold star for handling several equipment crises that developed for my husband and I back in October when we were literally at her front door with the engine running trying to leave on vacation and make it to a hotel destination 200 miles away on time. She saved the day and the trip!”

My wife & I both needed new phones as our batteries were wearing out. We met Eternity before at this store and told her the models we desired. I had Melissa she is the new manager and she has manged to make the phone buying experience one to remember. I normally have buyers remorse not after visiting this store and meeting Melissa who is the absolute best. Not to mention as I was leaving a customer was walking in and I learned Melissa also speaks Spanish so she is truly there to help everyone. “Tabatha is a LIFE SAVER. We went in for a device protection reason and then all found out I was good for an upgrade. Well she said that it was completely my choice. Wasn’t pushy, nothing. Just straight up with me. The main reason I was looking for a different phone was cause of the charging port hardly ever working. She took it and cleaned it out and got a lotttt of metal out of it. She had worked on it for at least 10 minutes. I’m a welder so it makes sense for the metal to be in there. Now, minding you I have taken this phone to Cell Doc in BV Mall 3-5 times for a cleaning. Paying $20 each time. Still same issue. Even had it done the same day that Tabatha cleaned it. She made it work just like a brand new phone. She is super nice and a great team member of T-Mobile. I’ll definitely be going to see her for any other needs! Thanks Tab!!”
