“Giant Eagle at Tanglewood (Chagrin Falls, OH) has amazing an amazing employee who provided customer service like I've never seen. I stopped at this location as I just arrived in town and wanted to order a vegetable tray for my grandson's birthday. Teresa was in the produce section and I asked her about ordering a tray. She took me to the deli counter to speak to the person who makes the trays. Unfortunately that person was getting ready to leave for the day and wouldn't be able to have it done until later the next day - too late for the party. Teresa told me that she would make the tray for me. Together, we picked out the veges I wanted for the tray and she walked over to the cashier so I could pay for them. Teresa took them to the back and had the tray ready within 30 mins. I am so happy that I found Teresa and cannot say enough about this level of customer service! This Giant Eagle is lucky to have her as an ambassador for their store! Thank you Teresa - you made me look good :) I wanted to complete the proper survey but my receipt didn't have a code.”
