“It was refreshing to find this location open for once during business hours and to find someone knowledgeable and friendly named Lindsey working the front desk to help me. The last time I was here, Malachi couldn’t even send me an email to set up my online portal for payments and just said I should get an email once a storage unit was transferred to my name. I never received the email nor did I receive a phone call back when I alerted this location I had not received it. Lindsey handled these issues in a quick 15 minute visit. Very pleased”
“Today I can in to get a small unit and was helped by Lindsey Berg. She was very sweet and welcoming. I was not sure what I really wanted coming in and she was very very helpful breaking everything down to me, showing me multiple units even tho it was very old out nothing stopped her from helping me find the perfect unit for me. “I was very happy with the service and promptness at idealease. While I had the truck there getting fixed I was able to ask the mechanic some questions about another issue and he directed me to where to go to get it fixed and I later that day got the problem resolved”
“I went there to get a trailer hitch installed on my new car. They were understaffed, but the manager there gave his honest opinion that the guy they had doing hitches that day wasn't experienced enough to get the job done correctly on my new car. He transferred my reservation to a different UHaul and coordinated with them to get my job done that same morning. Props to them for being honest about if they could get it done, and for being proactive to make it right for the customer.”
“I have two boxes in storage at this location that I desperately needed to get into to look for my passport for an unexpected work trip.. They typically require 24 hours notice to access storage boxes to so can locate & bring them out. I called up in a panic in the morning when I realized my passport was in one of the boxes and spoke to a woman who immediately went out and located & got them down as soon as she could. A few hours later I was able to get into my boxes & found my passport! She was beyond helpful & saved my day & trip!!”
