“As always Shaker Quality Auto Body provided excellent service and the body repairs they performed after I was hit by another driver are beautiful and make an older car look almost new again. Where they really stood out though was in dealing with the other driver's insurance company. A process that was drawn out and unnecessarily painful but they stayed committed to getting a resolution. Bill is the true hero of this story with all the time he spent chasing the insurance company. I would give 6 stars if I could!”

“Great group of guys. Always a great experience. I took my car to Serpentini North Olmsted where I purchased to get fixed 4 times and they couldn't figure out the problem. Rad Air fixed it the first time. Serpentini spent over 5k trying to figure out what was causing false codes to keep popping up like auto start/stop, engine, etc. I kept asking about the battery and they assured me it was okay. Rad Air found 2 loose wires and fixed the problem.”

They charged battery twice ,and checked voltage of battery,alternator . Rick was super helpful,and honest with my battery replacement. They are pretty booked up but squeezed my car in . The names I remember are Sierra, Jordan, Jonathan, and I think the other gentleman was Steve. All were helpful and polite. “I brought my 2000 Mercedes-Benz ML430 to the Firestone Complete Auto Care on Euclid Ave after noticing a coolant leak and a warning light that kept coming back on. Service advisor Kelis and technician Paul did a thorough job diagnosing the issue — they ran a complete vehicle inspection, cooling system pressure test, and starting/charging test before pinpointing a failed inverter cooler pump and coolant system leak. They kept me informed throughout the day, explained what was found (including a wet spot under the car and low coolant level), and walked me through the repair options before moving forward. The team replaced the pump, flushed and refilled the coolant system, and had my SUV ready the same day. I appreciated the transparency on pricing and the courtesy battery check they included at no charge. Would recommend this location for anyone needing reliable diagnostic work and cooling system repairs on an older luxury vehicle.”

“I went to that location to find out the last Take 5 in Middleburg on Bagley left my oil cap off and drove that way for 1 math which could have been bad but coming there at that moment they made sure everything was good to go so I left feeling comfortable because I do long freeway driving which I could have been stranded or even worse locked up my engine and then no car.”

“I am from the Columbus area and was here for a day trip to the rock and roll hall of fame. Got a flat tire at the worst possible time. Just barely got towed in time and AAA recommended this place. I was helped right away with very friendly and professional service with roughly an hour until close and they said I’d be helped regardless of the time. Not only that I was out within 45 minutes after being told my tire was repairable. The cost was under $40 which in my mind was a steal. My tire pressure light stayed off on my dashboard the entire drive home and I am still driving normally! Thanks Conrads!”
“I knew this Firestone location is open till 7 pm and I was praying they'd be able to help me since I didn't make it here until an hour before closing. The person at the counter who's name was David told me that although they were completely booked, he'd look at it anyway and the nail stuck in my tire is out and I'm about to drive off, just 20 minutes later. What great service. I've been able to count on this location since the early 90's.”
