“This is my favorite USPS post office in the area!
I'm not sure if she's a manager or the main postmaster, but the woman who appears to be in charge of this location is absolutely amazing and so so knowledgeable and friendly!!!
Both her and the other employees go out of their way to help customers.
I go to this post office regularly, but I also go specifically when I'm confused about what other post offices have told me or about what the online USPS says, and they always help me figure it out.
They're also very efficient and keep the line moving. I'm usually in and out within five minutes, at most 10, even if the line is long. It's rare to find employees that are simultaneously so professional, so knowledgeable, and so nice.
Whenever I go to this post office, it always brightens my day ! Love this location!!! Excellent vibes !!”

“Visited the location A LOT of times and every employee has been so kind - had multiple conversations with them and never received any attitude or an inclination of anything but helpful. Never had any issues on any of my visits from buying stamps, shipping boxes, picking up mail or boxes, or dropping off letters. Faster service than Lakewood!”
“This location is ok. I am in a wheelchair and this Post Office is not handicap accessible. The is no ramp in front so an employee had told me to go around to the back where the employees enter. There is a bell that I have to ring and wait for the postal worker to come out and handle what service I need. Sunshine, rain, sleet, snow, cold, hot or windy, I sit outside and wait until my business is completed. I do appreciate being able to be served but it is awful that we still have places that are not accessible.”

I ended up with a wrong number on the package, they sent me a notification and after I called we corrected my mistake. “Things change, and they have. The current USPS is a far cry from its former self. Walking into this station isn't bad. Waiting in line is routine as there is always only one clerk assisting people. My route gets a shifting variety of carriers. I routinely get mail addressed to other local houses and can only assume that mail addressed to me is going to other houses as well, and this in spite of my having put up two address plates on the front of my house.”

“My mailman is the best mailman ever he's so respectable he tries to meet our needs always communicating when we ask him a question he helps me to find out or tell me what I need To do about situations. When I needed to go out of town he told me I can put my mail on hold. When he is gone I know because he does his job regardless how These ignorant people in my building act he still does his job right the other ones they do whatever don't close the mailbox leave them all standing open mail everywhere I'm glad he don't take it out on the rest of us that do appreciate him because he could do that but he don't. I've been in this building about 10 years and he's been my mailman maybe half of them I don't know but I do know that he's been the same no I don't like in a girlfriend boyfriend way I'm old enough almost to be his mother my son is 40 I'm not just saying this I mean every word I said he is nice and handsome though he's always clean smell good his appearance is professional I'm retired and disabled he will help me if I need it he's one of y'all good ones give him a raise he deserve it working in my building bluestone building B I thank God for him”

“Actually, this is a great post office. Kisha is a really nice postal worker and customer service professional. The problem is that the management doesn’t properly staff the office, so she’s generally the only person working. We all have to take a lunch break, and she probably has administrative and other duties to take care of, too. This causes the sometimes strange hours.
Congress has drained the finances of the USPS for years and the current postmaster general has accelerated the trend through cuts and consolidation. Please don’t complain about this post office or the worker who staffs it. They have no control over its problems. Complain instead about the government that owns it and the politicians who want to privatize everything.”

“I had the BEST encounter with a woman named Acy at the post office counter this morning. I was there to purchase a book of stamps. The way that she delivered stellar customer service was quite impressive. I stopped and told her that NOBODY is friendly at a post office counter and NOBODY at the counter has ever given me a binder of choices for a book of stamps. Her binder was organized and intentionally thoughtful. She is a keeper. Such a beautiful spirit in the 8am hour:)”
