“This is my favorite USPS post office in the area!
I'm not sure if she's a manager or the main postmaster, but the woman who appears to be in charge of this location is absolutely amazing and so so knowledgeable and friendly!!!
Both her and the other employees go out of their way to help customers.
I go to this post office regularly, but I also go specifically when I'm confused about what other post offices have told me or about what the online USPS says, and they always help me figure it out.
They're also very efficient and keep the line moving. I'm usually in and out within five minutes, at most 10, even if the line is long. It's rare to find employees that are simultaneously so professional, so knowledgeable, and so nice.
Whenever I go to this post office, it always brightens my day ! Love this location!!! Excellent vibes !!”

“Yup five stars… I went in and received the best and most interested worker who went above and beyond. Now let’s talk about the those who deliver to MY address. NO STARS since the young black lady. I do get my mail but not today and yesterday and a few days back I received the new neighbors package. So now I'm expected to get off work just to do their work?!?!? LIES… Oh not only did I not receive my mail the neighbors mail hasn’t been picked up!!! I know who the dude on Carl street delivers to our old and new address with his racist self!!”

“I have had postal worker Monique on a couple visits. The first time I recall was to purchase stamps. She has great customer service skills. I meant to write a review back then. Today, I had to ship a package to Canada and she walked me through the customs papers. I went around 9a and there was no line. Perfect timing.
I drop off all my mail to this post office, and receive all my mail at my home. Only 1x, in 5 years I have lived here, has there ever been a late delivery of my mail. I appreciate the postal workers who work in all kinds of weather.”
“I have came over a few times to get mail from po box and the doors are locked when they should be open at 8:30 am going by the hours posted on the door for lobby hrs 6:30am very inconvenient. Please have responsible people for this job.

I ended up with a wrong number on the package, they sent me a notification and after I called we corrected my mistake. Both were curious, easy to understand and went out of their way to ensure my package being delivered that Saturday 10/18/25 like it was supposed to be. ??”
“One of my favorite post offices around. Simple easy decent parking and I totally love their self service kiosks which makes it so easy to scan packages get a receipt and be on your way.”
“My mailman is the best mailman ever he's so respectable he tries to meet our needs always communicating when we ask him a question he helps me to find out or tell me what I need To do about situations. When I needed to go out of town he told me I can put my mail on hold. When he is gone I know because he does his job regardless how These ignorant people in my building act he still does his job right the other ones they do whatever don't close the mailbox leave them all standing open mail everywhere I'm glad he don't take it out on the rest of us that do appreciate him because he could do that but he don't. I've been in this building about 10 years and he's been my mailman maybe half of them I don't know but I do know that he's been the same no I don't like in a girlfriend boyfriend way I'm old enough almost to be his mother my son is 40 I'm not just saying this I mean every word I said he is nice and handsome though he's always clean smell good his appearance is professional I'm retired and disabled he will help me if I need it he's one of y'all good ones give him a raise he deserve it working in my building bluestone building B I thank God for him”

“I have no clue why the ratings are so low, except people rarely leave comments, except to complain. The U.S. Postal Service processes and delivers an average of 371.3 million mailpieces daily. Postmaster DeJoy destroyed hundreds of automatic sorting machines in 2020 and those have not been replaced. Think about that when when wondering why packages seem to stay for days at major hub locations that use to have these sorting machines and now everything has to be handled manually by people that don't have any monitoring, because everyone is honest, but I digress.
Today I needed to get my taxes mailed and I wanted a return delivery confirmation. Ruby not only greeted me when I entered, when my time came, she was the person to help me out. She was cheerful, helpful, courteous, and efficient.”
“I cannot thank the team at the Landerbrook USPS enough. Gary and Crystal were outstanding to work with. Their professionalism, kind attitude and willingness to help are outstanding. I compare and contrast this with my actual post office, which I would barely give a one-star rating to. Bravo Landerbrook! I will be back.”
“Actually, this is a great post office. Kisha is a really nice postal worker and customer service professional. The problem is that the management doesn’t properly staff the office, so she’s generally the only person working. We all have to take a lunch break, and she probably has administrative and other duties to take care of, too. This causes the sometimes strange hours.
Congress has drained the finances of the USPS for years and the current postmaster general has accelerated the trend through cuts and consolidation. Please don’t complain about this post office or the worker who staffs it. They have no control over its problems. Complain instead about the government that owns it and the politicians who want to privatize everything.”
“I had the BEST encounter with a woman named Acy at the post office counter this morning. I was there to purchase a book of stamps. The way that she delivered stellar customer service was quite impressive. I stopped and told her that NOBODY is friendly at a post office counter and NOBODY at the counter has ever given me a binder of choices for a book of stamps. Her binder was organized and intentionally thoughtful. She is a keeper. Such a beautiful spirit in the 8am hour:)”

I always smile, say please and thank you, and treat them with basic human decency (as we should to anyone), and the staff here have always reciprocated that kindness! Kindness is a two way street. I'm thankful they make sure my packages are delivered promptly!”
