Whereas at most other stores they seem less interested to help when you aren't spending big buck, He worked with me so I got the best phone/plan within the price range I could afford. Great experience so if anyone needs a phone go to the metro store on Fulton you won't regret it!”

“These guys were extremely nice and helpful! I went in with an iPhone 7+ that is cracked, and the sound also does not work on it. Even though they unfortunately couldn’t fix the issue (due to it not being a screen/part issue, was a memory board issue and at that point is more worth it to buy a new phone entirely) they seriously tried their absolute hardest! I mean, they were trying for three hours and were also being extremely negotiable throughout. All in all since they couldn’t fix it, I got my money back, but if I ever have future phone issues, I’ll definitely be coming here. Thank you guys so much for all of your helpful efforts!”
“Came in with 2 iphones. One needed service for a month & the other needed a new battery. Got service hooked up on the one phone instantly & for under $20.The other phone we weren't so lucky with, after replacing the battery the phone was still being weird & CB, the employee that helped us really did everything he could to diagnose the issue & fix it. The phone was trash, but I am very happy with the CB & his hard work. This is the only place I will take my phones when we have issues, they are trustworthy & quick. Highly recommend!”

“This AT&T MVNO (mobile virtual network operator) provides low cost phone service, albeit with non-flagship phones (although you can bring your own unlocked GSM phones if you wish). This location had a helpful agent that ported the number and also provided a free Samsung Galaxy J Star for switching. They also will subtract 5.00 off the bill if you autopay it.”
