“These guys were extremely nice and helpful! I went in with an iPhone 7+ that is cracked, and the sound also does not work on it. Even though they unfortunately couldn’t fix the issue (due to it not being a screen/part issue, was a memory board issue and at that point is more worth it to buy a new phone entirely) they seriously tried their absolute hardest! I mean, they were trying for three hours and were also being extremely negotiable throughout. All in all since they couldn’t fix it, I got my money back, but if I ever have future phone issues, I’ll definitely be coming here. Thank you guys so much for all of your helpful efforts!”

My grandfather went to the store in maple hts Ohio and a lady sold my grandfather a 600 dollar phone, change his iCloud password to what she wanted and my grandfather got locked out his phone! So I came to the cricket store on pearl rd and the nice lady Larene helped us out! She was very understanding and she is in the process of helping us fix another store mistake! Go see Larene!
